★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go for Sicilian food culture. People are very friendly and the cafe is very centrally located, albeit well hidden. Try the cannoli with pistachio and arancia. There are also Sicilian dishes and you can buy Sicilian products. We always have to pass by when in Milan.
