Molto sgarbato quando ho fatto notare l'accaduto.Il collega che ha risposto al telefono non ha voluto dirmi il nome.

I do not recommend them! They canceled an appointment 5 minutes before the visit by writing me a whatssap message. Call back to the office and the agent was in the office so he hadn't even moved.
