B	Boeing 747 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono padre e figlio, oltre ad essere persone perbene non sono improvvisati, sono competenti e conoscono la materia soprattutto il figlio risolve ogni tipo di problema anche quello più impegnativo dove altri non metterebbero le mani su parte meccanica e su quella elettrica, anche moto e scooter riparano... Il lavoro viene svolto con professionalità e pertinenza assoluta, consigliati assolutamente. I am a father and son, in addition to being respectable people they are not improvised, they are competent and know the subject above all the son solves every kind of problem even the most demanding one where others would not get their hands on mechanical and electrical parts, even motorcycles and scooters they repair ... E	Emanuele Basso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non una buona esperienza: mi hanno montato delle gomme nuove che, un anno dopo, ho scoperto non essere idonee per la mia auto (sul libretto erano indicati altri pneumatici), col risultato che l’auto non poteva passare la revisione. La soluzione proposta da loro è stata quella di far fare a loro la revisione per “risolvere” non so come il problema. Ho invece richiesto un nuovo treno di gomme (pagandolo al prezzo di costo, almeno, ma comunque non pagando poco) per poter passare la revisione ma chiedendo esplicitamente di farla fare a un altra officina. Mi hanno invece riconsegnato l’auto con le gomme nuove e la revisione già fatta. Che ho dovuto pagare a loro, nonostante non l’avessi richiesta. Non tornerò in questa officina. Not a good experience: they fitted me with new tires which, a year later, I discovered were not suitable for my car (other tires were indicated in the booklet), with the result that the car could not pass the overhaul. The solution proposed by them was to make them do the revision to "solve" I don't know how the problem. Instead, I requested a new train of tires (paying it at cost price, at least, but still not paying a little) to be able to pass the overhaul but explicitly asking to have it done by another workshop. Instead, they gave me back the car with new tires and the overhaul already done. That I had to pay them, despite not having asked for it. I won't go back to this workshop.

Siccome l'automobile alquanto datata non partiva più e dovendomi riaccompagnare a casa, preso dal panico il mio volonteroso autista è andato a cercare il meccanico più vicino che appena arrivato ha girato la chiave di accensione e l'auto si è messa in moto. Tempo totale intervento 1 secondo per la modica cifra di €20. Alle mie rimostranze sul costo mi è stato risposto: "l'uscita!". Ebbene, se proprio dovete essere fiscali cercate di farlo per benino ALMENO RILASCIATE LA RICEVUTA FISCALE! I was accompanied by a guy willing to do some therapies at the CDI in via Ombone which is 350 meters away, 5 min on foot (source google maps) from the Tecnicauto Due workshop. Since the somewhat dated car was no longer starting and having to take me back home, my willing driver panicked and went to look for the nearest mechanic who just arrived turned the ignition key and the car started. Total intervention time 1 second for the modest sum of € 20. To my complaints about the cost I was replied: "the exit!". Well, if you really have to be fiscal try to do it pretty well AT LEAST RELEASE THE TAX RECEIPT!

Bloccata con l'auto, chiedo aiuto, mi si risponde senza manco guardarmi in faccia che l'uscita costa 30 euro anche se l'auto non si accende. Avrei pagato a prescindere, anche per capire qual era il problema, ma l'assenza di cortesia mi ha convinta a non tornare più. Per fortuna a Milano ci sono tanti altri più comprensivi e professionali, anche nella stessa zona! They may be very good but they are not at all friendly.
