★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivati, il tipo, unico a gestire il garage, senza neanche salutare ci dice che il parcheggio costa €5,00 l'ora. Lasciamo l'auto alle 20.40 e rientriamo alle 22.35. Contavamo, quindi, di pagare €10. E invece? Perde tempo a far uscire altre due /tre macchine di clienti prima di noi, precisando che (guarda caso!) il cancello era lentissimo ad aprirsi. Arrivato da noi, ore 22.49 (ben 14 ,minuti dopo) ci dice di pagare € 15.00. Chiediamo spiegazioni e ci viene detto che trascorsi 5 minuti dopo ogni ora, viene già conteggiata l'ora successiva. Ci siamo lamentati e ha saputo solo dire di contattare l'ufficio il giorno dopo. Beh, prima osservazione è che non essendo in grado di essere efficiente, il garage dovrebbe essere dotato di casse automatiche. Seconda cosa, chiederò espressamente i termini e le condizioni per principio!!! Ladri e ridicoli! Vergogna. Spero che fallirete, vi meritate il peggio. La gente seria lavora seriamente e non ruba a nessuno!
As soon as we arrive, the guy, the only one to manage the garage, without even saying goodbye tells us that parking costs € 5.00 per hour. We leave the car at 8.40 pm and return at 10.35 pm. We were therefore counting on paying € 10. And instead? He wasted time getting two or three other customers' cars out before us, specifying that (coincidentally!) The gate was very slow to open. Arriving at us, 22.49 (14, minutes later) tells us to pay € 15.00. We ask for explanations and we are told that after 5 minutes after each hour, the next hour is already counted. We complained and only knew how to contact the office the next day. Well, the first observation is that not being able to be efficient, the garage should have automatic cash machines. Second, I will expressly ask for the terms and conditions on principle !!! Thieves and ridicule! Shame. I hope you fail, you deserve the worst. Serious people work seriously and don't steal from anyone!
