2. ieri ho comprato una gift card da 30 euro, arrivo a casa per usarla: "carta non valida". la signorina alla cassa non me l'ha attivata, 0 stelle.

2. yesterday I bought a 30 euro gift card, I arrive home to use it: "invalid card". the lady at the cashier didn't activate it for me, 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portato PS4 per problemi tecnici, è passato più di un mese ed ancora non ho ricevuto un'altra PS . Per non parlare del telefono che per loro è un optional, non rispondono mai, mi tocca ancora per l ennesima volta, mettermi in auto ed andare in sede per sentirmi dire che no hanno la PlayStation di sostituzione.
Pessimo servizio.
Brought to PS4 due to technical problems, more than a month has passed and I still haven't received another PS. Not to mention the telephone which for them is an optional, they never answer, it touches me again for the umpteenth time, get in the car and go to the office to be told that they don't have a replacement PlayStation.
Bad service.

Arrivi nel negozio e nessuno sa darti informazioni precise. (quando volevo ordinare la ps5 all'epoca non sapevano nemmeno che gamestop avesse un rifornimento settimanale di ps5 ogni settimana online, per loro solo i bagarini erano disponibili a vendere console, quando io poi ho comprato la stessa ps5 da gs online).
Mi chiedo io, questo è un servizio degno da distribuire ai clienti?
The phone has been out of order for at least 6 months if not longer.
You arrive in the shop and nobody knows how to give you precise information. (when I wanted to order the ps5 at the time they didn't even know that gamestop had a weekly supply of ps5 every week online, for them only touts were available to sell consoles, when I then bought the same ps5 from gs online).
I wonder, is this a worthy service to hand out to customers?

I've always had a great experience when I went to GAMESTOP.
I highly recommend it.
