Ho notato che scrive un mega cartellone più grande dell'intero negozio con sconti fino al ...% di sconti. In realtà non esistono! Non ho ancora capito se è dovuta alla furbizia dei titolari o ad altro. Alcune commesse probabilmente senza esperienza ( così spero) con poca professionalità nei confronti dei clienti. Alle richieste di sostituzione-rimborso per una coppia di padelle a induzione comprate tre giorni prima (e rivelatesi a casa non funzionanti) -riportate in negozio intonse e con incarto originale-, è stato negato il cambio in quanto a loro dire era necessario lo scontrino, dunque in mancanza non potevano soddisfare la richiesta. Seguiva poi una serie di scuse una più imbarazzante dell'altra, tutte per giustificare la palese violazione di un preciso diritto del consumatore. I commercianti hanno il registro cassa con lo storico degli scontrini emessi, quindi quello in possesso del cliente NON è necessario per il cambio o rimborso, a maggior ragione se l'ordine è stato effettuato pochissimi giorni prima. Consumatori, attenzione a queste pratiche commerciali scorrette e a dir poco truffaldine. Seguirà da parte mia una segnalazione al proprietario del franchise. Bad regard for the customer.
