★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un piccolo centro di della Calabria ionica, questo Toy Center, con annesso Prenatal, non si distingue per dimensioni e per quantità di giocattoli. L' assortimento ci sarebbe, ma le piccole dimensioni del negozio fanno si che i giocattoli più popolari e più pubblicizzati finiscano presto.
Prima di andarci e consigliabile telefonare e chiedere la disponibilità di quello che si desidera. Personale molto gentile e prezzi onesti.

 In a small center of Ionian Calabria, this Toy Center, with the Prenatal annex, is not distinguished by size and quantity of toys. The assortment would be there, but the small size of the shop means that the most popular and most advertised toys run out soon.
Before going there it is advisable to call and ask for the availability of what you want. Very nice staff and fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È iniziata l'offerta volantino oggi, quindi in teoria da stamattina sarebbe dovuto essere tutto esposto.
E invece no. Ci sono stata alle 18 ed il negozio era pieno di scatoloni, non si passava con il passeggino e non si riusciva ad arrivare ai prodotti e moltissimi prodotti non erano ancora stati esposti. E già questo non è normale.
Quando ho chiesto ad una commessa dove fosse il latte in offerta, senza neanche alzare lo sguardo e con tono molto urtato mi ha risposto "è quà". E io "no, guardi che non è quello in offerta" e lei "eh signò, questo c'è. L'altro non è arrivato".
Non è la prima volta che in questo negozio noto maleducazione ed arroganza.
Oltretutto disordine e sporcizia sempre presenti.
L'unica nota positiva, la ragazza alla casa (purtroppo non ho chiesto il nome. Ha gli occhiali e non ha un accento calabrese).
Ecco, potete tenere solo lei. Gli altri dovrebbero svolgere mansioni non a contatto con il pubblico.

When I asked a saleswoman where the milk was on offer, without even looking up and with a very shocked tone she replied "it's here". And I "no, look it's not the one on offer" and she "eh meant, this is there. The other one hasn't arrived".
It is not the first time that in this shop I have known rudeness and arrogance.
Above all, disorder and dirt always present.
The only positive note, the girl at the house (unfortunately I have not asked for her name. She has glasses and does not have a Calabrian accent).
Here, you can only keep her. The rest should perform tasks that are not in contact with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è ben fornito, sia di giocattoli e accessori per i bimbi più grandi, sia per i più piccoli, infatti oltre ai giocattoli prima infanzia, c'è tutto un reparto dedicato all'abbigliamento, all'arredo nonché alimenti ed accessori. L'unica pecca sta nell'organizzazione degli spazi; non capisco perché si ostinano a mettere al centro dei già stretti corridoi, merce in esposizione! Vi garantisco che è davvero difficile muoversi con un passeggino, una grande contraddizione visto che si tratta di un posto per i piccoli.

The only flaw lies in the organization of the spaces; I do not understand why they insist on placing goods in the center of the already narrow corridors! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il solito Toys pieno di giocattoli, solo che i commessi hanno l'entusiasmo di un prigioniero di Guantanamo e salutano a malapena. Chiedete poche info perché non sono molto preparati.
The usual Toys full of toys, only the shop assistants have the enthusiasm of a Guantanamo prisoner and barely say hello. Ask for a few info as they are not very prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Articoli tenuti in forte disordine e soprattutto in posizione non allineata con i listini esposti. Vai alla cassa e paghi un botto in più. Il ciò comporta il blocco della sola cassa funzionante. Naturalmente manco le scuse per i vari disagi creati dal personale stesso. Sconsiglio.
