★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho comprato un profumo di una nota casa, per cui costoso e la fragranza non era uguale a quella usata da me, probabilmente era evaporato o non originale e tra l 'altro le"gentillissime " commesse non mi hanno risolto il problema, ma mi hanno invitato a contattare la casa produttrice. Questa politica commerciale dello scarica barile non è corretta, il consumatore deve essere al primo posto. Mi dispiace di aver buttato soldi e tempo per essere andata a farmi risolvere il problema, non comprerò più nulla in questo posto. Tanto vale comprare online, visto che oltre alla convenienza dei prezzi forse si è anche meglio tutelati.

Sono stata presso la profumeria nel centro commerciale, perché mi serviva una crema corpo: volevo quella, non l'avrei cambiata per nulla al mondo!La crema non l'ho trovata, ma ho trovato "Assunta", una ragazza cordiale come poche, con un sorriso grande ed una professionalità vera..Arrivo al finale: ho cambiato crema ed ho acquistato vari prodotti da lei consigliati.. Morale: quando un cliente si sente capito accetta consigli e cambia anche gusti ! È stato bello incontrare una così bella persona! Grazie Assunta!? Alla prossima!!... Perché ritornerò!!
