★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiegatemi una cosa: il negozio è carissimo; dato che i prezzi sono di una fascia medio-alta, mi aspetto un servizio di equivalente ai prezzi. Invece i commessi sono arroganti e non offrono nessun servizio. Esempio: mi serviva un zaino della marca Northface, valore 95€! Ma prima di comprarlo dovevo sapere il peso dello zaino! Ho chiesto cortesemente alla cassiera se mi può dare qualche indicazione sul peso. Lei mi ha risposto che non lo sa. Punto e basta.
Andando sul sito ufficiale della Northface ho scoperto il peso dello zaino in nemmeno 60 secondi! Intersport mi avete visto adesso, ma non ci metterò più piede! Vergognoso.
Tell me one thing: the shop is very expensive; given that the prices are of a medium-high range, I expect a service equivalent to the prices. Instead the clerks are arrogant and offer no service. Example: I needed a backpack from the Northface brand, value 95 €! But before buying it I had to know the weight of the backpack! I kindly asked the cashier if she can give me any indication of the weight. She replied that she doesn't know. And that's that.
Going to the official Northface website I discovered the weight of the backpack in less than 60 seconds! Intersport you have seen me now, but I will never set foot again! Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e simpatico in particolar modo ( Paolo), al reparto scarpe , e Mary all' abbigliamento sempre molto d'aiuto sugli acquisti con i loro consigli e molto pazienti con me e mia moglie e poi per quanto riguarda la merce credo che non ci sia niente da dire solo tanta qualità
Very nice and nice staff in particular (Paolo), in the shoe department, and Mary in clothing always very helpful on shopping with their advice and very patient with me and my wife and then as regards the goods I believe that there is nothing to say just so much quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale veramente gentile ma soprattutto preparato. (In particolare il ragazzo). Purtroppo alle casse file inutili perché ne aprono solamente una e la ragazza è molto molto scocciata. Tenetevelo stretto un posto di lavoro del genere e sorridete ragazze.
really friendly staff and above all prepared. (Especially the guy). Unfortunately the files are useless because they only open one and the girl is very much annoyed. Hold on to such a job and smile at girls.
