Sono stata 15 minuti ad aspettare che l’unico commesso disponibile (l’altro era impegnato a fare non so cosa) si degnasse di battermi alla cassa un prodotto…essendo stata però completamente ignorata, pur essendo davanti a lui, me ne sono ovviamente andata; a quel punto, incredibilmente, il commesso ha alzato la testa dicendo “avanti, prego” alla persona dietro di me! Prendo atto che non temono la crisi, visto che con questo modo di fare non fidelizzano certo i clienti.
 Really unprofessional and rude. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the only available salesman (the other was busy doing I don't know what) to deign to beat me at the checkout for a product ... but having been completely ignored, despite being in front of him, I obviously left ; at that point, incredibly, the clerk raised his head saying “come on, please” to the person behind me! I acknowledge that they are not afraid of the crisis, given that with this way of doing they certainly do not build customer loyalty.
