 Like all bookstores, it is a cultural center in a stupendous city, very well stocked even if the spaces are a little cramped.

β β β β β Best mainstream bookstores in Siena (there are two, very close to each other). Mainly Italian, but there is a good selection of English books. Good source for local and regional maps. Conveniently located near 'il Campo' where the Palio di Siena is held.
