Dipendente estremamente maleducata, talmente maleducata, scocciata e indisponente che mette a disagio.i prodotti sono validi ma finché non sarà risolto questo inconveniente per me sono 2 stelle. Mi dispiace Usually I stop for a lunch break to get myself a fruit juicer around 3 pm but I won't stop. Employee extremely rude, so rude, annoyed and annoying that makes the products uncomfortable. But until this problem is solved for me they are 2 stars. I'm sorry

La sua risposta è stata " sto servendo delle persone e devo spiegare quello che stanno comprando, funziona così". Ma dire invece " finisco di servire questi signori e sono subito da lei" non era più educato e azzarderei dire, anche la giusta espressione da utilizzare con le persone che sono lì per acquistare? Anche io lavoro a contatto con il pubblico, e nello stesso settore. Nn mi sono MAI permessa di rivolgermi così verso i clienti. Primo perché sono una persona educata e cortese, secondo perché il mio titolare non permette questo tipo di atteggiamenti. Comunque ho espresso anche alla signorina come la pensavo dicendole che non mi ero accorta che stava già servendo dei clienti e che doveva ( perché è suo dovere essere gentile con i clienti) utilizzare altri toni. Ovviamente non ho acquistato nulla. Very rude saleswoman. I didn't realize he was already serving customers, and I got his attention by saying "Sorry !?". Obviously I didn't buy anything.

Ottimo anche messo a confronto alla nota "Bottega del caffè" che si trova nello stesso edificio e, sinceramente, preferisco Joylab. Ho avuto modo di leggere recensioni su questo posto in cui sono stati accusati dei dipendenti in quanto irrispettosi e scortesi. Le volte in cui sono stata in questo posto, i dipendenti che ho trovato, non erano di nazionalità italiana; è facile interpretare male un tono di voce o una frase quando si hanno due culture diverse e un bagaglio linguistico diverso. Personalmente sono sempre stata trattata con gentilezza e mi sono trovata molto bene. Consiglio vivamente il posto. Great bar. They make good smoothies and good cakes. Excellent also compared to the note "Bottega del caffè" which is located in the same building and, frankly, I prefer Joylab. I was able to read reviews about this place where employees have been accused of being disrespectful and rude. The times I was in this place, the employees I found, were not of Italian nationality; it is easy to misinterpret a tone of voice or phrase when you have two different cultures and a different linguistic background. Personally I have always been treated with kindness and I found myself very well. I highly recommend the place.
