G	Gianluca Carloni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fermata è sotterranea! Per evitare lo strazio ai futuri turisti, ecco come raggiungerla. Chi non conosce la città di Siena, e si fida delle indicazioni di Maps, e magari della vista satellitare dall'alto, è portato a credere che la fermata sia nel piazzale antistante l'uscita della stazione dei treni. Effettivamente, una segnaletica migliore potrebbe comunicare immediatamente che, invece, la fermata del bus è sottoterra e non sul piano zero. Per raggiungerla: usciti dalla Stazione, dirigetevi verso il centro commerciale di fronte, e tenete la sinistra. Vedrete solo allora in lontananza il cartello che vi lascio in foto, con le indicazioni per scendere. Si tratterà di entrare nelle porte a vetri dell'antiporto e scendere con l'ascensore o con le scale mobili
W	Will Finlay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To save people the hassle. This bus stop is underground. The easiest way to access it is: leave the train station and head towards the shopping mall. However, rather than go the large entrance straight ahead, there is another entrance to the left of that. Go in that entrance, you'll see a big sign for the buses. As you enter, immediately turn right, you should see two lifts (that didn't work when I was there) and a white door to the right of them. Go down the stairs and the bus stop is there. It is very poorly signed. (Some signage conflicts with each other and sends you on a wild goose chase!).
H	Hannah Granada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with the ticket lady for the Tiemme Spa buses. She was extremely rude at me and even shouted at me and looked at me like I am stupid because I cannot hear her clearly from behind her very small window. She shouted at me because she said her computer was broken and she cannot print out my tickets, as if that is my fault. She was an old lady with glasses. She should not be working at her job especially when it comes to dealing with tourists and visitors who do not speak Italian that well. This was at about 12 in the afternoon, April 1, 2019.
