★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima.il numero di trenitali ,che compare con "rose" è a pagamento e mi hanno scalato 8,80 di credito. E avessi risolto!!!!?ho parlato con 4 operatori e l unico che mi stava dando un suggerimento valido è caduta la linea e non c e stato verso di parlare con un altro perché il numero dava occupato di continuo.ho richiamato il giorno dopo ma troppo tardi il treno era già partito (avevo comprato 2 biglietti per Napoli,poi mi sono rotta un piede e non ci sono potuta andare.mi hanno detto che potevo provare a chiedere un rimborso ma non mi avrebbero restituito i soldi).
Pessimo pessimo vergognosi
 Pessima.Il number of trains, which appears with "rose" is paid and I have a credit of 8.80. And I had solved it !!!!? I spoke to 4 operators and the only one who was giving me a valid suggestion the line dropped and there was no way to talk to another because the number was busy all the time. I called back the next day but too late the train had already left (I had bought 2 tickets to Naples, then I broke my foot and I could not go there. they told me I could try to ask for a refund but they would not give me back the money).
