★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto delle meches color miele e sono uscita con un orribile color topo pagando un sovrapprezzo di €20,00 per il danno...... ma il titolare mi ha assicurato che tra 20 giorni questo colore orribile dovrebbe "scaricare"...... Senza parole

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo la giornata libera ho deciso di curarmi un po' e abbandonare il solito giro di parrucchieri /estetisti per qualcosa di nuovo. Da Gallery Mood ho provato l'ebrezza dell'essere coccolata e consigliata. Inizialmente mi hanno fatto uno shampoo che spero di ricordare per sempre perché non mi era mai stato fatto un massaggio simile, poi un taglio, incredibile ma vero, in linea con ciò che immaginavo ed infine un trattamento alla cheratina. Il taglio e la piega sono formidabili, mai uscita così soddisfatta da un parrucchiere, per il trattatamento invece aspetto di vedere i risultati ma già al tatto sento una particolare morbidezza che prima non c'era. Mi son voluta fidare dell'istinto e ho fatto benissimo!! Grazie a tutto lo staff, è stata una bellissima esperienza?❤️
Having the day off, I decided to treat myself a bit and leave the usual hairdressing / beautician round for something new. At Gallery Mood I experienced the thrill of being pampered and advised. Initially they gave me a shampoo that I hope to remember forever because I had never been given a massage like this, then a cut, incredible but true, in line with what I imagined and finally a keratin treatment. The cut and the fold are formidable, never gone out so satisfied from a hairdresser, for the treatment instead I wait to see the results but already to the touch I feel a particular softness that was not there before. I wanted to trust instinct and I did very well !! Thanks to all the staff, it was a great experience?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff maleducato e disattento: dopo una attesa di 30 minuti mi viene fatto un taglio di capelli durato 10 minuti con risultato di una sfumatura tutta storta. I parrucchieri erano antipatici e scorbutici. Da non tornare.
Rude and inattentive staff: after waiting for 30 minutes I get a haircut that lasted 10 minutes with the result of a completely crooked shade. The hairdressers were obnoxious and grumpy. Not to return.

Leider mussten wir zu Hause die Haare nach schneiden da es nicht auf einer Linie geschnitten wurde und anstatt der 11 Euro die draußen als Angebot standen waren es 51 Euro.Warum auch immer? Und die die Preise stehen nirgends um zu verstehen wie man auf diese Summe von 51 Euro kommt. Also eine Erfahrung die ich nun gemacht habe und ich weiß das ich dort mir nicht mehr die Haare schneiden lassen.
Nice shop, good team. Unfortunately we had to cut our hair at home because it was not cut on a line and instead of the 11 euros that were offered outside, it was 51 euros. And the prices are nowhere to understand how to get this sum of 51 euros. So an experience that I have now had and I know that I will no longer have my hair cut there.

Professional and experienced.
They got my color perfectly for the gloss, the hair mask treatment made my hair so soft and the blow dry was done beautifully.
I would definitely recommend.
ps. My Italian is so bad but they managed!!
