Non mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo in quanto reputo per nulla professionale e davvero sgradevole l'atteggiamento assunto nei nostri confronti. Il sorriso e la gentilezza sono i veri caratteri che dovrebbero contraddistinguere un negozio del genere che di solare non ha proprio nulla. Un individuo del genere danneggia l'immagine collettiva della Sicilia tutta. Se avessi potuto avrei messo meno di zero, pessimo. Walking with my wife along via Garibaldi, with the intention of buying some thoughts for our loved ones, we came across this very small shopkeeper. I absolutely do not feel like recommending it as I consider the attitude taken towards us to be in no way professional and really unpleasant. The smile and kindness are the real characters that should distinguish a shop of this kind that has nothing of solar. Such an individual damages the collective image of Sicily as a whole. If I could I would have put less than zero, bad.

Non appena chi l ha ricevuta l ha lavata , il disegno dell isola e la scritta SIcilia si sono rivelati di carta e oltre a staccarsi macchiando la maglietta hanno danneggiato la lavatrice . Ho telefonato al negozio per segnalare l accaduto ma nessuno ha risposto, ho inviato una mail ma nessuno ha risposto. Dato che vado due volte l anno a Trapani …eviterò di acquistare merce in quel negozio. Peccato ma l educazione ha la sua importanza . The owner is kind but… I bought a white T-shirt with the design of Sicily to give it as a gift. As soon as the person who received it washed it, the design of the island and the words SIcilia turned out to be paper and in addition to detaching, staining the shirt, they damaged the washing machine. I phoned the shop to report what happened but no one answered, I sent an email but no one answered. Since I go to Trapani twice a year… I will avoid buying goods in that shop. Too bad, but education has its importance.
