Laura è stata ed è una persona squisita e disponibilissima che sa interagire ed approcciarsi con i clienti, in modo molto onesto e diretto, immedesimandosi nei panni altrui e comprendendo le varie esigenze della persona. Non solo mi hanno spiegato i vari passaggi per arrivare all'asta ma mi hanno anche seguita nelle procedure che sono state necessarie per arrivare al giorno stabilito. Il giorno dell'asta Laura, Stefano V.e Stefano erano tutti e tre presenti in tribunale pronti a seguire me e gli altri clienti in questo ultimo tragitto.
