★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello che dispiace è che la professionalità e la cortesia dei mediatori con cui si ha a che fare, durante la fase preliminare e gestionale della compravendita, è davvero di ottimo livello.
Ma poi, quando si entra nei meandri amministrativi della compravendita, la buona facciata crolla. E ci si ritrova, delusi, nella solita agenzia immobiliare rivolta unicamente alla massimizzazione del proprio interesse economico.
Un vero peccato.
What is sorry is that the professionalism and courtesy of the mediators with whom one is dealing, during the preliminary and management phase of the sale, is really of an excellent level.
But then, when you enter the administrative meanders of the sale, the good façade collapses. And we find ourselves, disappointed, in the usual real estate agency aimed solely at maximizing our economic interest.
Such a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst professionals I ever dealt with in my life. I gave them my loft in Milan to rent, and one of the requirements was NO PETS. The day I signed the contract with the client I discovered they had a dog. Too late to say no, as I had already signed the binding offer. A few weeks later the client moved into my apartment, but then suddenly changed his mind and decided to leave after a week. House&Loft never gave me a phone call and was not available to discuss any refund. Note that I have paid them 5.000 euros for providing me a client who had a dog (despite mine being a pet-free loft) and stayed 2 weeks in my apartment. Better stay away from these people, they will eat your money away.
