Ho avuto modo di rompere le scatole più e più e più volte alla segretaria ilenia e devo dire che ogni in tempi direi brevissimi ha soddisfatto ogni mia richiesta. Ho avuto un problema con affrancazione di casa per la legge 167 e si sono attivati per risolvere il problema e lo hanno risolto in tempi direi irrisori. Si parlava di mesi e mesi di attesa e me lo hanno risolto in due mesi con persone competenti. Grazie allo staff per la tanta pazienza e per la gentilezza. E continuo a rimanere in ottimi rapporti con loro. Bravissimi I bought a house through this agency about 4 months ago and my experience was more than satisfactory. I had the opportunity to bother over and over and over again with the secretary ilenia and I must say that every one in a very short time, I would say, has satisfied my every request. I had a problem with home postage due to law 167 and they took steps to solve the problem and solved it in a very short time. Quando li ho chiamati per telefono la prima volta sono stato colpito dalla professionalita' della segretaria Ilenia che ha mostrato dedizione e passione nel soddisfare la richiesta, comprendendo appieno la mia esigenza. Considerando poi che sono solo in 3 in ufficio fanno veramente un gran lavoro per soddifare tutti i clienti. Hanno sempre risposto rapidamente alle mie sollecitazioni. Mi hanno anche consigliato cose contro il loro interesse economico immediato e si sono mostrati flessibili. Hanno tutti i miei voti. Nice to see a real estate agency run by young and dynamic people. Always available and efficient. Noi il nostro lavoro lo facciamo nel modo più trasparente e professionale qualità che ad oggi forse mancano a tantissime persone! Con lei in particolare siamo stati chiari si dall'inizio sulla vendita dell'immobile , ma lei sa già tutto solo che quando la volpe non arriva all'uva dice che è acerba. Mi dispiace moltissimo per questo suo comportamento!
