★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Ieri mercoledì 24 Giugno 2020 mi hanno dato appuntamento x oggi per avere nuova carta, nessuno presente in agenzia e senza nessun avviso di chiusura. Chiamato numero verde, risulta essere aperta e nessuno sa cosa rispondere. Disservizio assoluto!! Mai più
 Bad service. Yesterday Wednesday 24 June 2020 they gave me an appointment x today to get a new card, no one present in the agency and without any notice of closure. Called toll-free number, it appears to be open and nobody knows what to answer. Absolute disservice !! Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 11 settembre 2020 per una semplice sostituzione bancomat, ho trovato come al solito personale scortese svogliato disinteressato alle esigenze del cliente, nelle rare occasioni che siamo stati costretti ad una operazione di sportello gli operatori si sono dimostrati sempre estranei al concetto di professionalità . Come correntista BNL posso affermare che questa filiale é pessima. Prenda provvedimenti chi di dovere.
Today 11 September 2020 for a simple ATM replacement, I found, as usual, unfriendly staff who are listless and disinterested in the needs of the customer, on the rare occasions that we were forced to do a branch operation, the operators have always proved extraneous to the concept of professionalism. As a BNL account holder I can say that this branch is very bad. Take action as appropriate.

Incompetent and rude staff. Unable to handle the simplest practices. I strongly advise against opening an account in this branch. A star is too high a rating ... selected only to post the message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale di filiale scortese e non professionale, cassa continua rotta nel weekend, vado la mattina del lunedì a versare , la cassa ancora non funzionante, così entro nella filiale per versare all operatore di sportello e mi viene risposto che in questa filiale non c'è l'operatore di sportello e quindi devo andare a Tor Lupara, e quindi mi chiedo una filiale con tre/quattro dipendenti per cosa? Ovviamente al personale della banca non interessa se un cliente alle ore 9.00 deve andare a lavorare proprio come stanno lavorando loro, quindi prendere un permesso per andare a Tor Lupara per risolvere un problema causato dalla BNL ....senza parole... cambierò banca
Unfriendly and unprofessional branch staff, non-stop cash register broken on the weekend, I go on Monday morning to pay, the cash register still not working, so I enter the branch to pay to the counter operator and I am told that there is no the counter operator and therefore I have to go to Tor Lupara, and therefore I ask myself a branch with three / four employees for what? Obviously the bank staff does not care if a customer at 9.00 has to go to work just as they are working, so take a permit to go to Tor Lupara to solve a problem caused by BNL ... without words ... I will change bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione se dovete richiedere un mutuo sappiate che l' assicurazione sulla vita è obbligatoria e non facoltativa, potete essere anche ricchi a loro non importa o assicurazione o nulla da fare. Risposta legittima del direttore " siamo una banca privata noi non le dobbiamo nessuna giustificazione o altro, a noi il suo mutuo non ci conviene darglielo".
Attention if you have to apply for a mortgage know that life insurance is mandatory and not optional, you can also be rich they do not care or insurance or nothing to do. Legitimate response of the director "we are a private bank we do not owe you any justification or anything else, it is not convenient for us to give you your mortgage".

Stop giving negative reviews. The cell phones of the people who work there do not take. Get landline numbers and, as if by magic, they will answer. They are courteous and know how to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an account with the Monterotondo BNL branch for few years. BNL and this branch are a perfect example of why people hate banks. When I signed up they made me sign up for an insurance scheme "Serenity Conte Corrente" without informing me that I am signing-up form one. They didn't inform me about my subscription for this scheme for four years all the while charging monthly. Their banking fee is outrageous and their customer service is atrocious. You call their customer service to book an appointment and you never get one. You call the branch by phone and they won't answer. Finally I decided to close my account and move to a new branch. Even then they didn't stop irritating me. They wouldn't transfer the balance to my new account for over a week. When I called they couldn't say why there was delay. INCOMPETENT is the word to describe them. A BANK LIKE BNL SHOULD NOT EXIST. BANKING REGULATOR SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN.
