★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disaster. This isn’t a restaurant, food is worse than at the supermarket. Chef comes up with crazy ideas like focaccia with shrimp sushi that tastes like chewing on plastic. The desert is a strudel made with some artificial jelly. The waiter is clueless getting just about everything wrong, slow and without any clue of how service works. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried this sweet, hidden gem on our trip to Cortina 2 weeks ago. We were a large group and they accommodated us well. The wine was good, their Moscow or “Italian Mules” were great and the food was delicious! The service was also fantastic. We were in the room to the right with the bar, but the other side looked cozy and romantic. I would recommend this place and they have a basil or some kind of green sauce on noodles (can’t remember name) that was delicious!!

We have been in the Dolomites since 2 weeks and I can say Fvsion was the best restaurant we have done.
Its located just outside of the main touristic area, we went by walking in 10 minutes. The restaurant it located at the bottom of a complex appartement building, there is no view but they did a good job at designing the indoor.
We came at 6:30PM which is extremely earlier by Italian standards, we were not served rapidly. Overall the service was not fast but the staff was nice
The food was great. Every dish was carefully design in a nice looking plate. You can go classic Japanese food but they also offer more original choices. I started with the Soft Egg (with morlacco cheese and black truffle, excellent. If the chef is reading this I would say it was a bit too salty, but very fine other than this. I then had the Raw of Scampi and Porcini Mushroom which was also delicious. Then the Soba Noodle, the flavors of this dish were amazing, I especially liked the “essence of fir” – well played. We finished with the Tiramisu Breakdown that has nothing to do with a tiramisu but was nonetheless amazing.
We also liked this restaurant because there isn’t a great variety of food in the Dolomites, it’s always the same Italian food, which become quite boring. This restaurant really brought something fresh and original. We will go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won't be disappointed by their services. They go into details of your food restrictions. We have quite a long list of our allergies. Well, they made a small mistake and compensated even we didn't ask for it. Very cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Truly relaxing dinner after a long skiing day.

We visited this restaurant on 9th July 2020 because we were searching for some change from Italian cuisine during our long stay in Italy. The restaurant is nicely decorated, cozy and with nice background music. They offer some vegetarian and vegan dishes.
The food was great, especially the soba noodles with pistachios!
The service was just perfect as it should be, the waiter was friendly, spoke great English and French as well, he was making jokes and had a good knowledge of what he is serving. Our mojitos were made with mint cut right in front of the restaurant:)
