Easy to reach and then there is a beautiful view of the village and montania ... the castle takes its story from the 18th century and then was the home of a famous family in those times and even today ....

Si trova incastrato su un roccione di puddinga che sovrasta da un'altezza di 150 metri il comune di Savignone. È stato recentemente messo in sicurezza dal comune di Savignone, ma è normalmente chiuso al pubblico. Il castello, essendo costruito sulla cresta di roccia, è particolarmente impressionante, circondato sui lati da pareti di roccia strapiombanti nella valle. M	Matteo Ceruti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo castello è Bellissimo interessante affascinante però è in rovina, panorama e sentiero bellissimo, ottime camminate da queste parti. Consigliatissimo a tutti i turisti, non c è molto parcheggio però c è un piccolo spazio dove riposare. Qui c è il fantasma della leggenda quasi si ripete con una storia molto in cui lei ha il nome di Isabella Fieschi e il marito Luchino Visconti. Anche qui c'è il tradimento con la vendetta del marito e il biscione. This castle is very interesting but it is in ruins, beautiful view and path, good walks in these parts. Highly recommended to all tourists, there is not much parking but there is a small space to rest. Here there is the ghost of the legend almost repeated with a very history in which she has the name of Isabella Fieschi and her husband Luchino Visconti. F	Francesca Bottaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella passeggiata, poco impegnativa. Non c'è molto parcheggio e la segnaletica non è chiarissima. Arrivati al castello c'è un piccolo spiazzo dove riposare. Il sentiero continua verso altre mete che non conosco. Sì impiegano circa 15/20 minuti ad arrivare al castello. Nice walk, not too demanding. There is not much parking and signage is not clear. At the castle there is a small clearing where to rest. The path continues to other destinations that I do not know. Yes it takes about 15/20 minutes to get to the castle.
V	Valeria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sentiero è facile da trovare grazie a vari cartelli e il percorso è ripido ma non difficile (dura una quindicina di minuti ed è abbastanza ombreggiato). Purtroppo abbiamo trovato il portone del castello chiuso ma vale la pena fare una visita se si è in zona. The path is easy to find thanks to various signs and the path is steep but not difficult (it lasts about fifteen minutes and is quite shady). Unfortunately we found the castle door closed but it is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Purtroppo, il portone principale del castello risulta chiuso....ma..girato l'angolo.. Diciamo che è un vero peccato, dato che sembra essere stato anche messo in sicurezza con grate e corrimano vari anti caduta.. Vale comunque la passeggiata. The castle is in a dominant position over the surrounding valley. The surrounding rocky landscape is also spectacular. Unfortunately, the main door of the castle is closed .... but .. around the corner .. Let's say it's a real shame, since it seems to have also been secured with various anti-fall grates and handrails .. Still worth the walk.
c	channel max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono i ruderi di un antico castello ( risale probabilmente al XII secolo) con assalti ed assedi nella sua lunga storia. Diverse famiglie nobili ne sono state proprietarie ( soprattutto i Fieschi...) e, nel diciassettesimo secolo, è stato anche un covo di briganti. Ne rimangono i resti di torri, mura e dei sotterranei costruiti nella roccia. Si trova su una cresta rocciosa, alta sopra il paese di Savignone e si raggiunge in 15/20 minuti di cammino su un sentiero a tratti ripido ( il tratto più impegnativo, è quello successivo ad una cappelletta..), che parte da Savignone. Restaurato e messo in sicurezza, non è però attualmente aperto al pubblico ( il portone era chiuso...). Panorama stupendo. They are the ruins of an ancient castle (probably dating back to the 12th century) with assaults and sieges in its long history. Several noble families owned it (especially the Fieschi ...) and, in the seventeenth century, it was also a den of brigands. The remains of towers, walls and undergrounds built in the rock remain. It is located on a rocky ridge, high above the town of Savignone and can be reached in 15/20 minutes on a path that is sometimes steep (the most demanding stretch is the one after a small chapel ..), which starts from Savignone. Restored and secured, it is not currently open to the public (the door was closed ...). Gorgeous panorama.
