★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questa officina in quanto autorizzata FORD per un problema ( banale) al motore e visto che c'era da fare un richiamo Ford e un aggiornamento sistema SYNC (navigatore ecc.ecc.) il richiamo risulta nel sito Ford non eseguito e per quanto riguarda aggiornamento sistema operativo (SYNC) non solo me lo hanno istallato male bloccandomi e ritardando praticamente tutto il sistema navigatore...vivavoce radio...il Dsplay non va più .......fatto presente praticamente subito e dopo SVARIATE TELEFONATE dopo due settimane non si sono più fatti ne sentire ne più risposto....sono stato costretto a recarmi in FORD casa madre con altre spese e risoluzione del danno
I went to this workshop as an authorized FORD for a (trivial) engine problem and since there was a Ford recall and a SYNC system update (navigator, etc.), the recall resulted in the Ford site not being performed and as regards the operating system update (SYNC) not only did they install it badly, blocking and delaying practically the whole navigator system ... radio hands-free ... the DSplay no longer goes ....... made this practically immediately and after VARIOUS PHONE CALLS after two weeks they were no longer heard or answered .... I was forced to go to the FORD parent company with other expenses and resolution of the damage

In officina, il personale è professionale e molto disponibile a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente, veloce ed attento. L'officina è molto pulita ed in ordine. Personalmente, avendo avuto un problema con l'auto in autostrada, ho potuto valutare in prima persona questa officina sia per quanto riguarda il recupero del mezzo che per il servizio di ripristino. Prezzi dei servizi buoni. Consigliata.
Excellent recovery service for damaged vehicles with serious and efficient staff. In the workshop, the staff is professional and very willing to respond to customer needs, fast and attentive. The workshop is very clean and tidy. Personally, having had a problem with the car on the highway, I was able to personally evaluate this workshop both as regards the recovery of the vehicle and the recovery service. Good service prices. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Auto hat Öl verloren und wurde vom ACI zu FVService geschleppt. Nach Stunden und mehreren Telefonaten der Kostenvoranschlag und die geschätzte Reparaturdauer: Ölfilter, Dichtung, ein Sensor und 4 Stunden Arbeit (€549,—!). Da Sensor und Filter nicht vorrätig waren wurden 3 Arbeitstage veranschlagt. Als ich 40 Minuten später zurück rief (wir mussten uns mit unserem Automobilklub und der Unterkunft abstimmen) waren es dann plötzlich 5 Arbeitstage! Wir wollten dann von unserem Klub und deren Partner ACI, dass unser Auto in eine andere Werkstatt gebracht wird. Das hat FVService (ist übrigens auch der Abschleppdienst von ACI!) einen ganzen weiteren Tag verzögert, weil sie 61 Euro „Standgebühr“ verlangt haben. Wir haben unser Auto schließlich selbst abholen müssen und natürlich auch die Gebühr gezahlt.
In der anderen Werkstatt war es dann eine Sache von 2 Stunden und hat uns nur einen Bruchteil gekostet (nur der Ölfilter war zu tauschen).
Ich weiß nicht, wie ihr das seht; für mich bedeutet es: macht einen großen Bogen um diese Firma.
Our car lost oil and was towed to FVService by the ACI. After hours and several phone calls, the cost estimate and the estimated repair time: oil filter, seal, a sensor and 4 hours of work (€ 549, -!). Since the sensor and filter were not in stock, 3 working days were estimated. When I called back 40 minutes later (we had to coordinate with our automobile club and the accommodation) it was suddenly 5 working days! We then wanted our club and their partner ACI to have our car taken to another workshop. FVService (which is also ACI's towing service, by the way!) Delayed this for a whole further day because they asked for a “stand fee” of 61 euros. After all, we had to pick up our car ourselves and of course paid the fee.
In the other workshop it was a matter of 2 hours and only cost us a fraction (only the oil filter had to be replaced).
I don't know how you see it; for me it means: avoid this company.
