★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato soccorso con il loro carroattrezzi una domenica pomeriggio e lunedì mattina l'auto era già pronta e aggiustata. Fattura onesta, nulla da eccepire, cinque stelle meritate.
 I was rescued with their wrecker on a Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning the car was ready and fixed. Honest invoice, no complaints, five stars deserved.

Poco professionali le signore che rispondono al telefono . La peggior esperienza che io abbia mai avuto con questa società di carroattrezzi .
Mi hanno detto che arrivavano in 45 minuti e non sono arrivati , dopo 1 ora chiamo e mi dicono che ci vuole almeno ancora 45 minuti , gli ho detto che erra un po' troppo come attesa , la signora al telefono mi ha urlato in faccia e mi ha detto che devo aspettare quando arriva , arriva urlandomi al telefono . quando gli ho chiesto di dirmi la posizione del carroattrezzi per capire dove si trovava mi prendevano in giro dicendomi che era in centro a Milano e poi mettendomi in attesa 20 minuti poi mi attaccavano il telefono in faccia , erano in due, la signora Chiara e Valentina che si prendevano gioco di me e mi mancavano di rispetto . Poi mi ha detto che ha dovuto prendere un altro impegno nel frattempo e io dovevo attendere finche arrivava senza ne minimo scusarsi del errore che hanno fato .
Mi poteva dire da inizio che non potevano e io mi organizzavo diversamente chiamando un altro carroattrezzi , era cosi semplice ma loro proprio hanno fatto di testa loro causandomi un grande disaggio e mancarmi di rispetto. Vi sconsiglio di usufruire dei loro servizi .

Unprofessional ladies who answer the phone. Worst experience I've ever had with this wrecker company.
They told me they arrived in 45 minutes and they didn't arrive, after 1 hour I call and they tell me it still takes at least 45 minutes, I told them that he errs a little too much as waiting, the lady on the phone yelled in my face and he told me I have to wait when he arrives, he comes screaming at me on the phone. when I asked him to tell me the position of the wrecker to understand where it was, they made fun of me saying that it was in the center of Milan and then putting me on hold for 20 minutes then they would hang the phone in my face, there were two of them, Mrs. Chiara and Valentina who made fun of me and disrespected me. Then he told me that he had to make another commitment in the meantime and I had to wait until he arrived without the slightest apology for the mistake they made.
He could tell me from the beginning that they could not and I organized myself differently by calling another tow truck, it was so simple but they just did their own thing, causing me a great inconvenience and disrespect. I advise you against using their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno che mi fosse portata la macchina a Legnano dopo essere stata portata da loro per via degli accordi con l'assicurazione Linear. In un primo momento mi era stato detto dalla segretaria che mi avrebbero portato subito l'auto a Legnano (erano le 17.30 del pomeriggio), ma rifiutando di far riparare la macchina da loro mi hanno trovato 1000 scuse per rimandare il trasporto all'indomani mattina. Inoltre vorrei far notare una azione di assoluta illegalità, ovvero hanno rifiutato di farmi salire sul loro carro attrezzi per il passaggio perché non sono ancora vaccinato al CovSar-2. Vergognatevi, dovrei sporgere denuncia per questo fatto gravissimo di discriminazione fondato solo sull'ignoranza e paura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Causa problemi con l'accumulatore dell'auto ho dovuto ricorrere all'intervento dell'assistenza stradale (compresa nella polizza Unipolsai). Intervento rapido e risolutivo da parte di tecnico simpatico, disponibile e preparatissimo. Consigliatissimo.
Due to problems with the car's accumulator, I had to resort to roadside assistance (included in the Unipolsai policy). Quick and decisive intervention by a friendly, helpful and highly trained technician. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza , titolare scontroso e bugiardo. Mi ha prelevato di domenica sulla Milano Meda e si é inventato danni al motore inesistenti (2.000,00 euro) , per fortuna ho chiesto il trasferimento in una officina vicina e ho risolto con 70,00 euro per la pulizia di un filtro e l'aggiunta di olio. La mia impressione che i dipendenti sono validi, il titolare meno.
Bad experience, grumpy and liar owner. He picked me up on Sunday on the Milano Meda and invented non-existent engine damage (€ 2,000.00), luckily I asked for a transfer to a nearby workshop and I solved with € 70.00 for cleaning a filter and the adding oil. My impression is that the employees are good, the owner less.
