Nel risolvere un problema alla mia auto hanno rotto un pezzo (tipo manicotto aria motore) senza dirmi nulla, anzi, hanno provato ad incollarlo...Pensavano che non me ne accorgersi?? Direi perfetto così, bravi. I have had the car overhauled twice and in both cases on time and fast, unlike other places where the reservation leaves the time it finds .... Nonostante il collega ha cercato di persuaderlo a fare la revisione, mi ha restituito l'auto dicendomi che c'erano lavori da fare e che non si "assumeva la responsabilità". Ora, io non so se è una tecnica di "marketing" ma nemmeno 40 minuti dopo ho svolto la mia revisione REGOLARE senza cavilli o preamboli presso altra officina. Ha perso un cliente.
