★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima ditta assolutamente da evitarli.li ho chiamato per un preventivo per sostituire la caldai perché stava funzionando male visto che erano loro che da anni diciamo che facevano la pulizia manutenzione non mi hanno ancora risposto anche si li ho richiamati per velocizzare niente a me la caldai mi si e fermata proprio di funzionare il giorno di natale il giorno dopo ho chiamato un altra ditta in 4 ore avevo già installata la caldai nuova
Bad company absolutely to avoid them. I called for a quote to replace the boiler because it was working badly since it was they who for years say they did the cleaning maintenance they have not yet answered me even I called them back to speed up anything I warmed it up it just stopped working on christmas day the next day i called another company in 4 hours i had already installed the new boiler

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, ho chiesto assistenza per un problema al clima, arrivano non negli orari prefissati, non si parlano tra di loro per i lavori da eseguire,si dimenticano le attrezzature per casa e ci vogliono settimane per un preventivo. Non li consiglio.
Bad, I asked for assistance with a climate problem, they arrive not at the fixed times, they don't talk to each other for the work to be done, they forget the equipment for the house and it takes weeks to get a quote. I don't recommend them.

intervenuto nel pomeriggio di giovedì 17
gennaio 2019 presso l'abitazione dei miei
genitori a Rovolon (PD) per un semplice
intervento di manutenzione ordinaria della
caldaia a gas, ma alla fine del lavoro se n'è
andato lasciando il "tappo fumi" svitato;
l'alloggiamento del tappo era completamente
aperto e naturalmente usciva parte dei fumi di
scarico. La caldaia è collocata in cucina,
quindi in un luogo perennemente frequentato,
non in uno scantinato o un bagno e i miei
anziani genitori non si sono accorti della
perdita, solo al rientro a casa di mia sorella,
lei si è accorta che qualcosa non andava e ha
provveduto a sistemare il "tappo" nel suo
alloggiamento. C'è stato il rischio di
un'intossicazione collettiva per la grave imperizia e trascuratezza di un "tecnico". Le "scuse" e l'arrampicarsi
sugli specchi del titolare non valgono nulla di
fronte all'operato di un addetto alle caldaie
che NON PUO' PERMETTERSI QUESTE DIMENTICANZE,
qualunque ne sia la causa (fretta, stanchezza,
stress etc.).Non è come dimenticarsi la luce
accesa. Giudizio sintetico: in base alla nostra
esperienza, questa Ditta va evitata come la
peste: assegno una stella solo perché zero non si può dare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato uno scaldacqua in pompa di calore, essendo a piedi con la caldaia avevo urgenza e mi erano stati garantiti dei tempi che poi non sono stati rispettati, l'impiegata in più di qualche occasione mi ha risposto scortesemente e con toni alti rinfacciandomi problemi personali che non si dovrebbero utilizzare come scuse con dei clienti, l' installazione è stata affidata ad una ditta esterna senza che io lo sapessi e il titolare si è presentato giorni dopo per un controlo, diversi intoppi nell' installazione, preventivo rincarato più del doppio per "raccorderia", marchio Baxi buono ma ditta non all' altezza
