★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri (22/04/2020) mi sono venuti a portare la legna da ardere sfusa che avevo ordinato telefonicamente (purtroppo non ho inviato un ordine via mail per iscritto) e anche se avevo richiesto, per motivi miei, che il taglio non fosse più lungo di 40cm mi sono poi accorto che c'è più di qualche pezzo più lungo
Inoltre avevo richiesto solo legno faggio e mi hanno portato un misto
Infine ho visto che i pezzi di legna sono veramente grossi cioè alcuni bisogna tornare a spaccarli di nuovo perchè sono veramente pesanti
Detto questo NON VI CONSIGLIO questo fornitore per l'acquisto della legna perchè a mio avviso non sente assolutamente le esigenze del cliente e fa quello che a lui più importa !!!

In addition, I had requested only beech wood and they brought me a mixture
Finally I saw that the pieces of wood are really big, that is, some have to go back to splitting them again because they are really heavy
Having said that, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this supplier for the purchase of wood because, in my opinion, he absolutely does not feel the customer's needs and does what matters most to him !!!

Preso stufa nordica tre anni fa mai funzionato bene con mille problematiche assistenza zero chiamati più volte ma arrivederci ciao solite scuse gioco del tira palla da una parte all'altra bastava comperare e poi cavoli tuoi.. Dispiace fare questa recensione ma ho aspettato fino alla fine per vedere un cambiamento nei miei confronti ma niente..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato la legna per me e per mia mamma. E' il primo anno che mi servo da loro e devo dire che sono molto soddisfatto. E' stato un mio caro amico consigliarmi di andare da loro e io farò lo stesso con altri miei conoscenti. Ho visto anche che hanno una bellissima sala mostra di stufe e climatizzatori. Più avanti appunto dovrò sostituire sia la stufa che il climatizzatore e sicuramente li contatterò perchè sono molto gentili e pieni di entusiasmo. Bravi! Continuate cosi!
