Hanno trovato il tempo per uscire, in un periodo così pieno di impegni per loro, e ci hanno sistemato in mezz'ora la caldaia, che loro non avevano mai neppure visto prima. Invece, i tecnici del nostro solito centro di assistenza, che avevano causato il problema dopo una revisione, non sono riusciti né a capire cosa era successo, né, ovviamente, a risolvere la situazione. Assolutamente consigliati. Ci rivolgeremo sempre questo centro assistenza da ora in poi. Honest prices, extreme courtesy and professionalism. They found time to go out, in such a busy period for them, and they fixed the boiler for us in half an hour, which they had never even seen before. Instead, the technicians at our usual service center, who had caused the problem after an overhaul, could neither understand what had happened, nor, of course, fix the situation. Absolutely recommended. We will always contact this help center from now on.

All ultimo vengo avvisato che l operatore non può venire e quindi devo riprogrammare e riorganizzarmi con lavoro per un altro giorno e va bene, una volta ci può stare. A distanza di 2 anni succede la medesima cosa, con appuntamento preso ben 2 settimana prima e nessuno si è preso la briga di avvisare. Dopo 45 minuti di ritardo ingiustificato chiamo, ed ecco che mi viene propinata la solita scusa dell’ operatore malato. Ditta NON PROFESSIONALE, assolutamente NON SERIA, NON AFFIDABILE. UNA PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Affidatevi a qualcun altro di più serio ed affidabile ma lasciate perdere SAITEM s.r.l. Di Ispra (VA). 2 years ago I call to book a biennial boiler inspection service. At the last I am warned that the operator cannot come and therefore I have to reschedule and reorganize myself with work for another day and that's okay, once we can stay. After 2 years the same thing happens, with an appointment made 2 weeks before and no one has bothered to notify. After 45 minutes of unjustified delay I call, and here I am served the usual excuse of the sick operator. NON PROFESSIONAL company, absolutely NOT SERIOUS, NOT RELIABLE. A BAD EXPERIENCE. Rely on someone else more serious and reliable but forget about SAITEM s.r.l. Of Ispra (VA).

Chiamo l'8/11/2021 per fissare l'appuntamento, me lo fissano per il 19/11/2021 (a tal proposito prendo un permesso dal lavoro), mi chiamano oggi (il giorno prima) 18/11/2021 dicendo che non possono venire perché hanno preso altri appuntamenti e non riesco a passare, gli dico, guardi che anche il mio è un appuntamento (fissato 10gg fà), la risposta di questo signore è stata "Mica posso lasciare la gente al freddo"...azzz...gli altri non può lasciarli al freddo, invece a me si ?!?! Non mi avete chiesto di pagare nulla, ma c'era la copertura della garanzia, almeno così mi è stato detto dal vostro tecnico. Sinceramente se fossi in lei, andrei a vedere altri dettagli riguardo la mia situazione a livello di tempistica per tutto il resto. Non voglio aggiungere altro. Sicuramente siete competenti, ma con i tempi non ci siamo. Spero che questa recensione sia presa in modo costruttivo, non è mia intenzione accusare o offendere.
