Very bad experience. The mechanic started to work on my car but did not call me before to fix a price. Later I received a call to pick up the car, and a very expensive bill. When I got back my car, it was not working properly – I could not drive it and had to leave it there.
The mechanic called back the next day to inform me that he indeed found another problem (another piece to replace). When I came back to check on my car (before he started to do anything else), I discovered that he did not properly put back some pieces (the coil was not well plugged). I myself put it back in place and could drive away this extremely bad mechanic.
Although there is a Renault logo on the front door, this place is not an official and recognized Renault office.
