★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio prenotazione che pubblicizzate su internet non esiste. Arrivato presso la struttura con l'anticipo che avete richiesto.... l'addetto dice " no un'altra prenotazione su internet", chiedo in che senso e lui risponde che la pagina internet è gestita da un'agenzia, che da prenotazioni inesistenti e che non vengono comunicate alla struttura. Poi aggiunge che mi farebbe la revisione mettendomi in coda all'attesa di 4 auto. Pessimo servizio e pessima gestione dell'accaduto, infatti dopo 20 anni in cui mi sono sempre trovato benissimo cambierò il centro revisioni... Magari un "ci scusi" sarebbe stato gradito e se quel servizio non funziona come a detta vostra, Toglietelo!!!!
 The booking service you advertise on the internet does not exist. Arrived at the facility with the advance you requested .... the clerk says "no another booking on the internet", I ask in what sense and he replies that the internet page is managed by an agency, which makes reservations non-existent and which are not communicated to the structure. Then he adds that he would check me by putting me in the queue to wait for 4 cars. Bad service and bad management of what happened, in fact after 20 years in which I have always had a great time I will change the revision center ... Maybe an "excuse us" would have been appreciated and if that service does not work as you say, Remove it !! !!
