mi ero rivolto (cliente da anni) per la riparazione di una tapparella, una settimana fa.
Attendo da giorni (la tapparella oramai non va nè su, nè giù), torno al negozio, ma, come spesso è chiuso, chiamo il numero telefonico.
Dopo 4 ore mi rispondono che non hanno tempo, dico loro che il tempo di una banale e rapida cortesia informativa vi era, mi rispondono che ..."nessuno è perfetto"...
Costoro vanno.... EVITATI !
Mi spiace, poichè la Signora proviene da famiglia "seria ed onesta".
Unreliable company.
I had turned (client for years) to repair a roller shutter a week ago.
I have been waiting for days (the shutter now does not go up or down), I go back to the shop, but, as it is often closed, I call the phone number.
After 4 hours they answer me that they don't have time, I tell them that the time for a banal and rapid informative courtesy was there, they answer me that ... "nobody is perfect" ...
They go .... AVOID!
I'm sorry, because the lady comes from a "serious and honest" family.
