Dopo vari preventivi andavo dall’azienda Isofin per fare il mio 4 preventivo e trovavo in Patrizia una persona gentile professionale e solare come se ne incontra poche. Ho fatto preventivo di porte,finestre, inferriate, porta blindata ,infissi di casa e cantina. Il rapporto qualità prezzo per uno come me molto attento è imbattibile su Bologna e provincia. Poi passiamo all’ordine e all’arrivo dei materiali e montaggio effettuato da Emanuele ragazzo super gentile paziente bravo e molto educato. I suoi collaboratori che ho conosciuto sono Gianpaolo e Marco entrambi bravi professionali e simpatici e con voglia di lavorare “non sempre scontato”. After various estimates I went to the Isofin company to make my 4 estimate and I found in Patrizia a kind, professional and cheerful person as you meet few. I made a quote for doors, windows, railings, security doors, house and cellar fixtures. The value for money for someone like me who is very attentive is unbeatable in Bologna and its province. Then we move on to the order and the arrival of the materials and assembly carried out by Emanuele, a super nice guy, a good patient and very polite. His collaborators that I met are Gianpaolo and Marco both good professionals and nice and with the desire to work "not always taken for granted". Super positive experience, I will always make good publicity to such competent people in a sector where there is really a lot of competition with materials that come from everywhere !! Scelta azzeccata! La grandissima professionalità e competenza ci hanno colpito. Oltre alla correttezza e al rispetto dei tempi hanno saputo anche sorprenderci nell'assistenza post vendita. La rottura di una molla dopo un anno dalla consegna ci è stata risolta senza alcun costo. Nulla da dire nemmeno sull'ottima qualità dei prodotti. Ho trovato in Isofin persone competenti e materiali di ottima qualità sia per gli infissi esterni che per quelli interni. E' stato all'altezza anche il servizio di sopralluogo e montaggio avvenuto con tecnici e maestranze che si sono interfacciati ottimamente con l'impresa edile che seguiva i lavori di ristrutturazione.
