Porto il mio iPhone XS con un’anno e mezzo di vita a far cambiare la batteria essendo che in zona arancione preferivo non andare fino a Bologna dove c’è il centro Apple. Porto il telefono alle 10:00,pago qualche euro in meno del prezzo che si paga in Apple e lascio il telefono. Alle 18 ricevo la chiamata che è pronto e vado a riprenderlo pensando tra me e me “aleluia”. Appena ritirato noto che lo schermo non era centrato nella scocca del telefono e chiedo che venga sistemato. Aspetto altri 20 minuti e mi viene riconsegnato uguale identico a prima (storto) e mi viene detto che non si può risolvere....assurdo prima era perfetto. Vado a casa accendo il telefono e mi compare una notifica di errore batteria difettosa sullo schermo,il messaggio compare ogni 4/5 minuti sullo schermo all’infinito. Tolgo la cover al telefono e noto due buchi enormi sul telefono li dove si trovano le viti che chiudono lo schermo (hanno utilizzato attrezzi non adatti al telefono) e le viti spanate. Irritato il giorno dopo vado in negozio e mi viene detto che non è un loro problema. Allora insisto dicendo:se non sapete fare il vostro lavoro non dovevate prendermi il telefono ma dirmi vai in Apple. Si scusano e mi dicono che mi richiameranno per darmi un’altro iPhone XS ricondizionato al posto del mio. Oltre al danno anche la beffa,dopo mesi non mi ha chiamato nessuno. Lo sconsiglierò a chiunque voglia riparare il proprio telefono A nice and good scam. I remove the cover from the phone and notice two huge holes on the phone where there are the screws that close the screen (they used tools not suitable for the phone) and the stripped screws. Irritated the next day I go to the shop and I'm told it's not their problem. So I insist by saying: if you don't know how to do your job you shouldn't have picked up my phone but tell me go to Apple. They apologize and tell me they will call me back to give me another refurbished iPhone XS instead of mine. In addition to the injury, even the insult, after months no one called me.
