Ma tutti i centri Tim.... in realtà non è vero... peccato che anche al servizio clienti TIM non avevano info da darmi.... complimenti Bravi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le due ragazze, Carlotta e Giorgia mi hanno aiutato tantissimo nell’attivazione del pacchetto calcio che ho fatto presso il punto vendita, ho avuto problemi con le registrazioni ma loro sono riuscite ha risolvermi il problema, la loro gentilezza e competenza e anche la loro disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire seguito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato qualche giorno fa uno smartphone e la signora Carlotta mi ha seguito ed aiutato ha trasferire tutto dal mio vecchio al nuovo, è stata professionale e molto cortese ma anche le altre ragazze sono sempre disponibili .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il negozio per la sostituzione del modem domenica 28 novembre, mi "accoglie" un commesso, spiego la situazione, riferisco quello che mi hanno comunicato al 187 e con grande sorpresa (in negativo) il commesso mi comunica che sì il modem è disponibile ma di tornare l'indomani entro le ore 14 e di chiedere della Sig.ra Giorgia in quanto lui non è in grado di fare la procedura, alla mia osservazione che forse domani non riesco a tornare entro le 14 mi comunica candidamente di tornare giovedì 2 dicembre e di chiedere sempre di Giorgia.
Sono tornato al negozio lunedì 30 e grazie alla cortesia, ma sopratutto alla competenza di Giorgia sono riuscito nella sostituzione del modem, la procedura si è rivelata (per colpa di Tim) piuttosto complicata e laboriosa.
Il mio consiglio quindi è se avete il piacere di essere seguiti da Giorgia sarete in ottime mani, diversamente meglio farsi un giro in galleria e ripassare quando sarà libera.
I went to the shop to replace the modem on Sunday 28 November, a salesman "welcomes" me, I explain the situation, I report what they communicated to me at 187 and with great surprise (in negative) the salesman tells me that yes the modem is available but to return the next day by 2pm and to ask for Mrs. Giorgia as he is not able to do the procedure, to my observation that maybe tomorrow I will not be able to return by 2pm he candidly informs me to come back Thursday 2 December and always ask for Giorgia.
I went back to the shop on Monday 30th and thanks to the courtesy, but above all to Giorgia's competence, I managed to replace the modem, the procedure turned out (thanks to Tim) to be rather complicated and laborious.
So my advice is if you have the pleasure of being followed by Giorgia you will be in excellent hands, otherwise it is better to take a walk in the gallery and go back to when she is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero collaborazione, poca empatia, poca attenzione al cliente. La colpa non è solo del negozio ma anche di TIM in generale, che ignora completamente i bisogni dei clienti. C'è stato un errore da parte del loro sistema e continuano imperterriti a dare la colpa a me nonostante la ovvia verità. L'unica soluzione che mi è stata presentata è quella di cambiare operatore. Il negozio non penso abbia spinto al massimo per aiutarmi(c'è sempre una soluzione per aiutare un cliente, soprattutto in queste situazioni). Mi dispiace dover fare una segnalazione, azione per niente nella mia natura, ma purtroppo il dispiacere e il disservizio è stato troppo grande.
Zero collaboration, little empathy, little attention to the customer. The fault lies not only with the shop but also with TIM in general, which completely ignores the needs of customers. There has been an error on the part of their system and they continue undaunted to blame me despite the obvious truth. The only solution that has been presented to me is to change operator. I don't think the store pushed hard to help me (there is always a solution to help a customer, especially in these situations). I'm sorry to have to make a report, an action for nothing in my nature, but unfortunately the disappointment and the disservice was too great.
