★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing funivia up to the paradise. You get an incredible view of the city and then the mountains once you reach the top destination. I highly recommend to visit it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ticket counter guy took his time coming to the window. I tried to buy a ticket using my credit card, only to be told (in Italian) that they didn't have a working card machine. I didn't have any cash on me, so the guy just shrugged indifferently - no apology, nothing. I went back with cash after lunch to find it closed, with no indication of opening hours. A helpful German-speaking girl passing by told me it would open at 3pm. I gave up and went back to my hotel. The cable car up to Oberbozen is much better run and probably more interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view during the ride looking back at the city and passing residential properties and vineyards. When you get to the top there is not much of a view, however if you proceed to the right far down the road there is an outdoor pool (looks like only locals know about it). The ride felt safe, but can be crammed if mountain bikers happened to be on your ride. If you go on this I recommend continuing on one of the hike trails further up beyond the top of the ride.
