Quando vado in centro non manco mai di passare. The owners are courteous, the shop is clean and the products are excellent. It is the second year that I use them for Christmas baskets and they have been a hit. When I go downtown I never fail to pass.

Dopo aver aspettato 10 min per che si accorgessero di noi, abbiamo chiesto il nostro panino: prosciutto, mozzarella e un po' di pesto che stava in vetrina. La signora ci ha risposto in tono secco che si potevano mettere solo due ingredienti (con quale logica?). Il mio amico ha quindi chiesto a parte una fetta di melanzana sott'olio da aggiungere poi da solo; risposta: "se proprio ci tieni". Il prezzo? 80 cent una fetta di melanzana! Se fossero stati cortesi fin dall'inizio non ci avremmo neanche fatto caso probabilmente! Non sono gli unici nel quartiere sicuramente andrò dalla concorrenza la prossima volta! Courtesy is the first thing, especially in this area. We went for a sandwich for lunch. After waiting 10 minutes for them to notice us, we asked for our sandwich: ham, mozzarella and a little pesto that was in the shop window. The lady replied in a dry tone that only two ingredients could be put (by what logic?). My friend then asked separately for a slice of aubergine in oil to be added on its own; answer: "if you really care". The price? 80 cent a slice of eggplant! If they had been courteous from the start we probably wouldn't have noticed! They are not the only ones in the neighborhood I will definitely go out of the competition next time!
