M	Melissa Triossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'uramaki flower è sempre ottimo, l'oro è meno buono di come lo ricordavo al fuji... magari non era la serata giusta.. alcuni dei piatti del menu extra invitano, ma alla fine forse le versioni classiche li battono.. peccato in generale per la "cura" nell'esecuzione degli uramaki che in passato era invece impeccabile.. Staff sempre molto cordiale. Cenare all'estero su tavoli ballerini sotto le ventate di zampirone è poco piacevole. The uramaki flower is always excellent, the gold is less good than I remembered it at the fuji ... maybe it wasn't the right evening .. some of the dishes on the extra menu invite, but in the end maybe the classic versions beat them .. shame in general for the "care" in the execution of the uramaki which in the past was instead impeccable .. Staff always very friendly. Dining abroad on dancers' tables under the breeze of coppersmiths is not very pleasant.

Bel luogo, cibo come già detto ottimo, c'è spazio tra un tavolo e l'altro ma .. la cameriera (con capelli marroni, penso marocchina) veramente insopportabile, io non capisco come faccia ancora a lavorare lì. Non tornerei solo per il personale, purtroppo quella che ci ha serviti (nonostante noi fossimo sempre stati educati e mai rompi scatole) era di un' arroganza unica. Prendeva le ordinazioni come se stessimo facendo un dispetto, metteva giù i piatti sbattendoli, ad un 'grazie' andava via senza rispondere, quando abbiamo ordinato abbiamo aspettato di più degli altri tavoli perché è venuta a chiederci se eravamo sicuri del nostro ordine (abbiamo ordinato diverse porzioni di cibo, contando che comunque eravamo in 5 di cui un ragazzo fa canoa e mangia molto) e continuava a parlare con gli altri colleghi. Alla fine noi abbiamo mangiato tutto, che tralaltro non erano piatti esagerati... Quindi non capisco. Non ci sono state comunque consegnate le porzioni richieste ma minori. Insomma .. io non la vorrei mai una persona del genere come dipendente. Da rivedere totalmente. Prossima volta credo cambierò ristorante se dovesse mai ricapitarmi quella signora. All very good, I put 4 stars because for the service it would be only 1 and I don't want to penalize the rest. Nice place, food as already said excellent, there is space between one table and another but .. the waitress (with brown hair, I think Moroccan) really unbearable, I don't understand how she still works there. I would not go back just for the staff, unfortunately the one who served us (although we had always been polite and never bothered) was of a unique arrogance. She took the orders as if we were being spiteful, she put the plates down and banged them, to a 'thank you' she went away without answering, when we ordered we waited longer than the other tables because she came to ask us if we were sure of our order (we ordered different portions of food, counting that in any case there were 5 of which one boy canoes and eats a lot) and kept talking to the other colleagues. In the end we ate everything, which by the way were not exaggerated dishes ... So I don't understand. However, the requested portions were not delivered but smaller. In short .. I would never want such a person as an employee. To be totally reviewed. Next time I think I'll change restaurant if that lady ever happens to me again.
