★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dal fatto che al mio "ciao" quando sono entrata in questo negozio non ha risposto nessuno nonostante ci fosse una commessa a due centimetri da me che sistemava la merce perché le tre ragazze che erano in turno erano troppo impegnate a parlare fra loro (il discorso me lo sono sorbito tutto, potei perfino riportarlo in questa recensione). Ho chiesto due volte di poter essere aiutata perché sugli orecchini che volevo c'era scritto "chiedere al personale" ma sono stata ignorata sempre perché le ragazze parlavano. Quando finalmente sono stata considerata, visto che solo allergica a certi materiali, ho chiesto se gli orecchini che volevo prendere fossero in argento o se comunque lasciassero il colore sulla pelle una volta indossati e la ragazza mi ha risposto in modo sarcastico "che era ovvio che erano argento" quasi come avessi commesso un crimine a chiederlo.
Mi sono azzardata a chiedere pure un consiglio sulla dimensione di alcuni anellini da naso e lei per tutta risposta è stata zitta a guardarmi, glaciale e impassibile, come se le dessi fastidio. Ma una commessa non dovrebbero vendere e consigliare al cliente?
Ho pagato e sono andata via subito con la coda fra le gambe e non mi è stato fatto nemmeno lo scontrino.
Peccato sia gestito da personale incompetente, hanno dei gioiellini davvero adorabili anche se i prezzi sono un po' altini su certi prodotti.
Spero almeno che quando ho comprato non sbiadisca.
Let's start with the fact that my "hello" when I entered this shop no one answered even though there was a saleswoman two centimeters from me who was arranging the goods because the three girls who were on shift were too busy talking to each other (the speech I took it all, I could even report it in this review). I asked twice for help because on the earrings I wanted it said "ask the staff" but I was always ignored because the girls talked. When I was finally considered, since only allergic to certain materials, I asked if the earrings I wanted to get were in silver or if they would leave the color on the skin once worn and the girl replied in a sarcastic way "that it was obvious that they were silver "almost as if I had committed a crime by asking for it.
I even ventured to ask for advice on the size of some nose rings and in response she was silent looking at me, cold and impassive, as if I was bothering her. But shouldn't a saleswoman be selling and recommending to the customer?
I paid and left immediately with my tail between my legs and I was not even given the receipt.
Too bad it is run by incompetent staff, they have some really adorable little gems even if the prices are a bit high on some products.
I hope at least that when I bought it it doesn't fade.
