★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza davvero unica nei pressi di Cavalese piu precisamente a Varena. Il locale ve lo anticipo subito vi coccolera' dal primo all'ultimo istante, ve ne renderete conto entrando notando fin da subito la maestria nella cura dei dettagli.
Arredi bottiglie quadri mobilio e colori vi apriranno la sala facendo già godere la vista.
Il personale una volta seduti vi coccolera' portando le entreé e minuterie tra cui i dolcetti in chiusura di cena, tutte davvero ottime.
I piatti si capisce subito dal menù sono una ricerca costante di abbinamenti tra materie prime estremamente ricercate ed abbinate con maestria, un piacere per il palato.

Selezione di gin in abbinamento ai piatti (badate bene non i soliti gin qui tutto è ricercato) ottima.
Selezione dei caffè ottima.
Selezione dei thè e tisane ottima.
Non serve aggiungere altro.
Qui davvero tutto è ricercato nei minimi particolari e questo vi porterà a tornarci, tornarci e tornarci ancora.

A truly unique experience near Cavalese, more precisely in Varena. The restaurant will let you know immediately it will pamper you from the first to the last moment, you will realize it upon entering and immediately notice the mastery in the attention to detail.
Furniture, bottles, paintings, furniture and colors will open the room to you, making you already enjoy the view.
Once seated, the staff will pamper you by bringing the entreé and small items including the sweets at the end of dinner, all really excellent.
The dishes you understand immediately from the menu are a constant search for combinations of extremely refined raw materials and combined with skill, a pleasure for the palate.
Great wine selection.
Selection of gin paired with dishes (mind you, not the usual gins here everything is refined) excellent.
Great coffee selection.
Excellent selection of teas and herbal teas.
There is no need to add more.
Here everything is really sought after in the smallest details and this will lead you to come back, come back and come back again.

Il menù ha un frequente ricambio stagionale per usare al meglio le materie prime, ed è tanto contenuto nelle dimensioni quanto ricco nella varietà di esperienze che offre.
Una delle migliori esperienze culinarie della mia vita ed una che vorrò sicuramente ripetere.

The menu has a frequent seasonal change to make the best use of raw materials, and is as small in size as it is rich in the variety of experiences it offers.
One of the best dining experiences of my life and one I will definitely want to repeat.

I was with my mom and my sister's family, there were six of us in total.
Giulia welcomed us, kind and professional at every course she described each dish in its details.
Lunch was not limited to just orders, before and during there were excellent tastings.
