Ci ha provato Alessandro Gilmozzi, chef patron del locale. Era ripartito con i pranzi e l'asporto per la pizzeria ma purtroppo le norme vigenti e la situazione attuale in Val di Fiemme, che solitamente di questo periodo vive di turismo, rendono impossibile continuare in questo modo. La speranza è poter riaprire verso il 20/25 di febbraio e lavorare no stop fino alla fine di ottobre. Vogliamo augurare a questo straordinario locale gourmet di riaprire presto: i suoi raffinati patti lo meritano. S	Sere B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato la carta estiva. Pranzo di fine agosto. Uno stellato che dona un'sperienza unica. Piatti superbi, alcuni difficili, non per tutti, altri familiari e semplici. Servizio perfetto. Chef cortese e presente. Per me è un due stelle. Ma ci arriverà. I tried the summer card. Lunch at the end of August. A star that gives a unique experience. Superb dishes, some difficult, not for everyone, others familiar and simple. Perfect service. Courteous and present chef. For me it is a two star. But it will get there.

Le materie prime ,ricercatissime e del territorio , vengono coccolate di o a diventare piatti....che dire:un'esperienza da non farsi mancare.Bravissimi i ragazzi di sala, ma lo chef mi ha stupito per la sua simpatia!!! L	Leon 333 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dell'idea che quando vai in un locale stellato devi farlo per vivere un'esperienza diversa del solito, per provare delle emozioni e posso dire che da Alessandro Gilmozzi è sicuramente il posto per antonomasia per non uscire delusi sotto questo punto di vista. L'accoglienza è molto calorosa grazie al luogo stesso veramente originale, appunto un vecchio mulino. Noi ci siamo fatti guidare da quello che era il consiglio dello Chef da una parte e dai ragazzi di sala dall'altra. Il menù si concentra su un filo conduttore che ti porta a fare un viaggio nei boschi della val di Fassa con molti gusti che portano la mente a ricordare il legno, le cortecce, le resine, il sottobosco, tutti elementi usati proprio nei piatti. Il risotto, lo spago quadrato come anche il cervo hanno una menzione speciale dal mio punto di vista. In sala poi i ragazzi, preparatissimi, ti accompagnano con una degustazione che va oltre al semplice vino, con degli elisir che si degustano con estremo piacere. Si va ben oltre ad un semplice pranzo/cena e dal mio punto di vista e la seconda stella sarebbe meritatissima. Che dire le emozioni che si provano sono difficilmente descrivibili, ma bisogna viverle in prima persona. I am of the opinion that when you go to a starred place you have to do it to live a different experience than usual, to feel emotions and I can say that Alessandro Gilmozzi is definitely the place par excellence not to leave disappointed from this point of view. The welcome is very warm thanks to the very original place itself, precisely an old mill. We let ourselves be guided by what was the Chef's advice on one side and by the restaurant staff on the other. The menu focuses on a common thread that takes you on a journey into the woods of the Val di Fassa with many flavors that bring the mind to remember the wood, bark, resins, undergrowth, all elements used in the dishes. The risotto, the square string as well as the venison have a special mention from my point of view. Then, in the dining room, the highly prepared young people accompany you with a tasting that goes beyond simple wine, with elixirs that can be tasted with extreme pleasure. It goes well beyond a simple lunch / dinner and from my point of view and the second star would be well deserved. What about the emotions you feel are difficult to describe, but you have to experience them firsthand.

Altri piatti nella media di un buon ristorante. Una nota negativa per il servizio: avevo indicato al momento della prenotazione che sarebbe stato il compleanno della mia fidanzata e che avrei gradito una candelina sul dolce. Totalmente dimenticati. Ni. Some dishes are good, others less so. The excellent peat. Mediocre strogolaprete without too much flavor. Good rice but not from a starred restaurant. Other dishes in the average of a good restaurant. A negative note for the service: I had indicated at the time of booking that it would be my girlfriend's birthday and that I would like a candle on the cake. Totally forgotten.
