★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two persons for lunch. Delightful surprise. Combination restaurant, bar, about five tables but serving good quality food both in menu choices and preparation. Portions are abundant. A small issue with the cozze of the ‘al mare’ plate which were not sufficiently fresh. Reasonable wine list. Two primi, two secondi, wine, coffee came to €40 person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting evening... we tried to go to this place twice. But the first time it was full (reservation recommended). Second attempt, we were welcomed by a really nice waitress. the other waitress don't speak English, whish is fine (both I and my partner are not English native). At some point we had a question about the menu and the non-english speaking waitress decided to ask accross the room to other customers if someone can translate in English... This was really unprofessional and made everyone feel awkward... Anyway they managed to sort us something and it was rather good. Wine selection is good but poorly described on the wine list : cepage, maker, year, price... That's it, good luck with that.
The waitress (English speaking) saved the evening otherwise it will have been a 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been to this restaurant in Cavalese several times, and it never ceases to surprise us. The atmosphere is elegant and cosy, the waitress nice and professional, the menu has a fairly good selection (about 8 appetizers, 8 “primi” and 8 mains) of original and very well prepared dishes, the portions are generous. You never feel pressured for anything and, maybe more appreciated than anything else, you never feel they need you to finish quickly and free the table for somebody else. Prices are also very reasonable for the food and the treatment you receive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to eat in this restaurant going on holiday to Cavalese for the white week. The restaurant is very nice and the staff is professional.
The appetizers are excellent, among these there is the veal head that has a sublime taste and I recommend anyone to order it.
As a first course I chose a trio of dumplings with crispy speck in the center. All the meats are delicious and come from a butcher's shop, which is called Alter Keller and all its meats, are of own production.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant with a changing menu and reasonable prices! As a group of friends we were able to try various dishes and all of them were delicious and beautifully plated. At the end I was actually quite surprised by the bill (the price was much lower than I expected).
