Vini eccellenti, il servizio anch'esso ineccepibile con personale molto preparato e professionale. Consiglio di prenotare.
 An incredible five star experience are too few. If you decide to do a few days in Cavalese you cannot fail to try it. The game is worth the candle. Oscar-winning cuisine. Excellent wines, the service also impeccable with very trained and professional staff. I recommend booking.

Il risotto con il burro all'abete bianco e tosella mi Γ¨ rimasto nel cuore, ottimi i dolci. Attenzione, cura e passione, ricerca e rispetto del territorio. Bella anche la carta dei vini e Valeria in sala Γ¨ molto preparata. Lo consiglio e ci tornerΓ²!
I was truly amazed and satisfied with the experience in this family-run restaurant in the wonderful Val di Fiemme. Few dishes, but of high quality. The risotto with white fir and tosella butter has remained in my heart, the desserts are excellent. Attention, care and passion, research and respect for the territory. The wine list is also beautiful and Valeria in the dining room is very well prepared. I recommend it and I will be back!

β β β β β Very cozy restaurant in Cavalese with typical Alpine atmosphere and cuisine. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the trout starter and the fusilli with chamomile and mint. It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for. Definitely visit the restaurant if youβre looking to experience local cuisine and ingredients.
