★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante davvero ottimo, piatti tipici rivisitati, personale disponibile e location davvero suggestiva. Esiste inoltre la possibilità di optare per i menù degustazione in modo da non farsi sfuggire nessuna prelibatezza del Trentino. Sono numerose anche le proposte dei piatti senza glutine. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato i consigli della cameriera che ci ha invitato ad assaggiare i finferli freschi, ovviamente fuori menù!
Really excellent restaurant, revisited typical dishes, helpful staff and a truly suggestive location. There is also the possibility of opting for the tasting menus so as not to miss any Trentino delicacies. There are also numerous proposals for gluten-free dishes. We really appreciated the advice of the waitress who invited us to taste the fresh chanterelles, obviously off the menu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova in una bella struttura storica, nel centro di Cavalese, collegato all'hotel omonimo.
Molto bello ed elegante il salone, una bella stube in legno in cui troverete molti richiami alla principessa Sissy.
I tavoli sono eleganti e ben distanziati e le proposte del menù sono orientate al territorio ( ma non solo...).
Piacevole.
It is located in a beautiful historic building, in the center of Cavalese, connected to the hotel of the same name.
The salon is very beautiful and elegant, a beautiful wooden stube where you will find many references to Princess Sissy.
The tables are elegant and well spaced and the menu proposals are oriented to the territory (but not only ...).
Enjoyable.

Ci hanno fatto aspettare quasi un'ora prima di servircelo malgrado fossimo 4 tavoli in tutto.
LENTI e pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
Abbiamo pagato molto per quello che abbiamo mangiato.
Tagliatelle al cervo che di cervo avevano ben poco..
DELUDENTE.
Peggior posto dove mangiare a Cavalese e dintorni.

Ordered a portion of cold cuts as an appetizer;
They made us wait almost an hour before serving it even though we were 4 tables in all.
LENS and bad value for money!
We paid a lot for what we ate.
Tagliatelle with venison that had very little of venison ..
DISAPPOINTING.
Worst place to eat in Cavalese and surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ristorante la stua è un piacere per gli occhi, molto accogliente.
Sono stati a cena da solo passando da cavalese per lavoro, ho trovato il servizio veloce e la cucina gradevole.
Ho assaggiato così poco da non poter commentare il menu ma per quello che ho mangiato lo consiglio!
La stua restaurant is a feast for the eyes, very welcoming.
Have been for dinner alone, passing from Cavalese for work, I found the service fast and the cuisine pleasant.
I tasted so little that I couldn't comment on the menu but for what I ate I recommend it!

Our 2nd day here they did not even have more bread left.
Omelette and fruit were no more left off and they did not plan to do anything about it until I told the boss ...
There are also dogs around the tour, including the dog to the manager of the hotel.
The 4 stars on this are incredibly kidding they've got such bad sercice ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 27 January 2020. Terrible service to my dinner party of seven. The waiter was arrogant, dismissive, impatient, rude, combative, inattentive, overbearing and argumentative. He attempted to push high price wine on us (he was rebuffed, brusquely) late bringing our dinner and failed to compute the check correctly. Only until we scrutinized the check did we realize he had summarized it completely inaccurately. This man's command of English was poor at best, though he battled with us at length, unable to understand our very basic questions. We prevailed in our protests and finally received satisfaction, but it was not a pleasant way to end an otherwise mediocre meal. I cannot recall that he smiled once. There are other restaurants in Cavalese besides "La Stua" with a better menu and profoundly better service.
