★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family had such a wonderful time learning how to fold tortolloni with Grazia. We immediately felt welcome in her home; it was like making pasta with family. The class was specially tailored towards our young children (3, 5), giving them memories and experience that they will take home as a special souvenir. We cannot recommend this class enough! Do not hesitate, it's - fantastic, authentic italian experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a whole week of cooking lessons from Maria Grazia. This has by far been one of the most delightful learning experiences. Her teaching helped me to learn, besides the cooking techniques and art, the history and the logic behind each kind of pasta and the varied types of sauces that accompany each of them. Maria Grazia was very dedicated all and evry day I was learning in her kitchen. She is a warm, open and extremely flexible instructor who .welcomed me with her home fully open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazia was a fantastic host and teacher. My girlfriend and I were looking for a cooking class during a weekend stay in Bologna. Grazia was the perfect fit and made us feel very comfortable in her home. In addition to the amazing cooking class, Grazia showed us the produce at the local markets and taught us the ingredients for the recipes (for a little extra but most definitely worth it!). Highly recommend the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazia was amazing and so welcoming and provided an amazing “real” Italian experience! The class was very informative and so much fun! She shared history of the pastas and Bologna, all while welcoming us into her home! 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back when ever in Bologna again. If you are looking for an authentic experience and want to learn how Italians make pasta with out it being a tourist trap- this is the experience for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Grazia welcomes you into her home like a warm hug! Learning to make pasta in the most authentic of settings. The passion Grazia has for pasta and all things Bologna are infectious. The food we made together was delicious (as was the coffee, wine and limoncello!). Highly, highly recommend this fantastic cookery course. Grazia - you are awesome.
