Il servizio è stato privo di intoppi, il cibo servito caldo e con le giuste tempistiche pur essendo una tavolata di 16 persone. È discreto e attento all’ordine e alla pulizia. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Lo raccomanderei senz’altro e spero di averlo in cucina presto ancora! Franco was very professional, he exceeded expectations by organizing himself in a kitchen of a house we had rented and which lacked some basic services. The service was smooth, the food served hot and with the right timing despite being a table of 16 people. He is discreet and attentive to order and cleanliness. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend it and I hope to have it in the kitchen soon again!

Dopo esserci sentiti diverse volte tramite email siamo arrivati al menù adatto alle nostre esigenze. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della cena. Le materie prime utilizzate erano eccellenti, Franco è stato super disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, sempre impeccabile e molto professionale. Le normative Covid sono state rispettate alla regola e cosa che non pensavo, essendo la prima esperienza con uno chef a domicilio, mi ha lasciato la cucina in uno stato perfetto, meglio di come l'avevo lasciata io. Lo consiglio vivamente perche è stata una bellissima esperienza ma soprattutto una "coccola" in questo periodo un pò strano. I contacted chef Franco for a surprise dinner for my partner. It was a dinner at my house for four people, two of whom are allergic to certain foods. After hearing several times via email we arrived at the menu suited to our needs. We were very happy with the dinner. The raw materials used were excellent, Franco was super available to our every request, always impeccable and very professional. The Covid regulations have been respected to the rule and what I did not think, being the first experience with a chef at home, left me the kitchen in a perfect state, better than I had left it. I highly recommend it because it was a wonderful experience but above all a "cuddle" in this somewhat strange period.

Cordiale e professionale, davvero bravo in tutte le preparazioni, dall’antipasto al dolce anche se quest’ultimo dice non sia il suo forte ma una crema chantilly come la sua poche ne ho sentite! E che dire dei piatti.. la presentazione un piacere per gli occhi e il gusto un delizioso piacere per il palato! Franco sa come farti stare bene pur essendo un “estraneo” in casa tua. Lo consiglio su tutti i fronti! I contacted Franco on the advice of a friend for my husband's birthday present. Friendly and professional, really good at all preparations, from appetizers to desserts, even if the latter says it is not his strong point but a Chantilly cream like his few I have heard! And what about the dishes .. the presentation a pleasure for the eyes and the taste a delightful pleasure for the palate! Franco knows how to make you feel good while being a "stranger" in your home. I recommend it on all fronts!

Ha concordato con il mio compagno il menu ( è stato super disponibile e ha fatto per noi una cena messicana davvero super) ed è arrivato da noi. Cibo buonissimo, piatti e abbinamenti perfetti e pensati, impiattamento curato e simpatia. Tutto il menu era buonissimo e la sua focaccia super! Sicuramente il suo essere cortese, socievole e sorridente è la sua marcia in più! Ha lasciato la mia cucina molto più pulita e ordinata di come era prima del suo arrivo. Non vedo l’ora di poter “condividere “ Franco e ri- averlo a casa mia per una cena con amici. Consigliatissimo! Franco was a super surprise for me ... in the sense that I found him at home! He agreed with my partner on the menu (he was super helpful and made a really super Mexican dinner for us) and he came to us. Delicious food, perfect and thought-out dishes and combinations, well-kept serving and friendliness. Everything on the menu was yummy and his focaccia super! Surely his being courteous, sociable and smiling is his plus! He left my kitchen much cleaner and tidier than it was before he arrived. I can't wait to be able to "share" Franco and have him back at my house for a dinner with friends. Highly recommended!

Lo chef Franco è davvero disponibilissimo, in fase di composizione del menu mi ha proposto diverse opzioni, andando sempre incontro a specifiche richieste. Il corso si è svolto all'interno di Casa Bertagni, una location suggestiva in centro a Bologna con una cucina moderna. La cosa che più ho apprezzato è la chiarezza delle spiegazioni di Franco, che ha reso facili cose che in realtà non lo sono. Tra preparazioni e cottura bisogna considerare almeno 4 ore. E' stata una esperienza davvero piacevole, ma soprattutto formativa, anche per chi è alle prime armi. Assolutamente consigliato! Anche in tempo di Covid (la lezione si è svolta rispettando tutti i protocolli). I received the cooking course with appetizer, first and second course as a gift and it was a really nice experience. Chef Franco is really extremely available, when composing the menu he offered me several options, always meeting specific requests. The course took place inside Casa Bertagni, a suggestive location in the center of Bologna with a modern kitchen. The thing I appreciated most is the clarity of Franco's explanations, which made things easy that in reality are not. Between preparations and cooking it is necessary to consider at least 4 hours. It was a really pleasant experience, but above all an educational one, even for beginners. Absolutely recommended! Even in time of Covid (the lesson was held respecting all protocols).

Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Franco, un giovane chef raffinato educato scrupoloso e molto simpatico e alla mano. È divento subito uno di noi come se lo conoscessimo già da tempo(poi è anche lui del sud!). La cena è stata impeccabile gli ospiti sono rimasti felicissimi. Franco ha curato ogni dettaglio e soprattutto ha soddisfatto ogni minimo interesse anche se c’era da cambiare una portata per una persona L’ha fatto con varianti e scegliendo e consigliandomi nel migliore dei modi. Vi consiglio di affidarvi a lui per la scelta, anche perché i suoi consigli sono veri e sinceri, nessun tornaconto personale! Ha portato con se Giulia che si è occupata di aiutarmi a preparare il tavolo ed è stata perfetta nel servizio. La cucina e stata lasciata più pulita di prima e in ordine! Sicuro faremo il bis di Franco, del suo staff e soprattutto della sua cucina!!! Ve lo STRA-consiglio! It was the first experience as a home chef and I must say that I was delighted with everything! I had the pleasure of meeting Franco, a young refined chef, educated, scrupulous and very nice and easy-going. He immediately became one of us as if we had known him for some time (then he is also from the south!). The dinner was flawless, the guests were delighted. Franco took care of every detail and above all satisfied every minimum interest even if there was a need to change a course for one person. He did it with variations and choosing and advising me in the best possible way. I advise you to rely on him for the choice, also because his advice is true and sincere, no personal gain! He brought Giulia with him who took care of helping me set the table and she was perfect in the service. The kitchen has been left cleaner than before and tidy! He prepared an amazing menu and the flavor and presentation was first class. He took all of the stress out of planning a large birthday dinner and I will happily hire him again the next time I am in Bologna.
