β β β β β Barbara and her husband were amazing! We learned to make three different types of pasta with three different sauces. In the meantime th told us all about cheeses, eggs, sauces and dishes and their origins from different places in Italy. Our tortelloni stayed intact amazingly and was super delicious. Highly recommended!

β β β β β One of the best few hours Iβve spent during my three weeks in Italy, hands down. Valeria taught me techniques and gave me all the tips I need to go back home with the confidence to share this beautiful cuisine with my friends and family. Go in the off-season if you can, but GO. Bologna is amazing. And this school is the unpretentious REAL DEAL.

β β β β β We took a private cooking class here as part of our stay in Bologna and had such an excellent time! We learned to make three pasta dishes from scratch: tagliatelle with ragu, gnocchi with tomato sauce, and tortelloni with a butter and sage sauce. Holy moly the food and the instruction was excellent. The quality of teaching was top notch, and the valuable skills and tips that were learned can easily be repeated at home. They even e-mailed the recipes over so that we can recreate the dishes. The evening ended up being one of our favourite parts of the whole trip. We would definitely recommend this experience to anybody else who is remotely interested in the art of Bolognese cooking! It appeals to both those with zero experience and those who like to dabble quite a bit in the kitchen, so it really offers something for everybody.

β β β β β This was an amazing experience! Valeria showed us how to make pasta without using any machines. It was so easy and when it was all done we got to eat all of our pasta! Everything tasted amazing. Valeria was so much fun to work with and my husband and I learned soooo much. Thank you for the most wonderful experience!

β β β β β This was an awesome experience! We arrived at 10 am and 3 hours flew by! We made 3 different pasta dishes and each of us actually cooked the sauce, kneaded the dough and prepared the dishes. Then, enjoyed the fruits of our labour for lunch with complimentary wine. We learned all sorts of techniques and highly recommend it! Also I am a vegetarian (my partner is not) and they accommodated my restriction but he happily enjoyed the regular menu. For the veggie meal instead of tagiatelle ragu I made a delicious sauce with endives, olives and pistachios. Will be adding this to my recipe repertoire. Also itβs a professional kitchen so they have a big and clean space with lots of tools.
