★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an international student of University of Bologna, and I lived nearby for about one year. I have to say sincerely that some of the cashiers are really racial to Asians. Each time I checked out I had to choose avoiding some middle-aged female cashiers, because they were only friendly to the natives, and turned a poker face to me. Even when I said "Ciao", or "Buongiorno", they just pretended to hear nothing. After I finished the settlement of accounts, they then turned to their normal polite way to the next customer... Even though it is just a trifle , it is still disgusting.
I lived here for one year, and it had happened for many times. Thanks god, now I move away and I do not need to worry that Conad is the only supermarket nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good deli and fish counter. No express tills though which causes a long wait for clients with small purchases. Staff uniforms and appearance leave much to be desired. The deli/fish/meat staff are neatly dressed in white and their hair is covered but the packers and cashiers are untidy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conad is for everything groceries you might think of. There's is always a pharmacy in the store and few electronics appliances. The prices might be a bit on high, but you are assured of quality. I like it there too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is huge and has so many things ! I was happily surprised. I'm giving 5 stars cause it has so many different option without plastic, like wine refills and a whole section for vegetarian (which is not plastic free, but it's still something) kinda pricy, but worth it
