★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our go to place in Sorrento, this is on par with the stuff you get in less touristy areas elsewhere in Italy (Rome, Florence, Bologna). Not too sweet, full of flavour and the couple running the place is super nice. Great pistachio, chocolate and coconut flavours, well recommended.

I called the owner the day after when I was in Naples and asked for recommendations. He mentioned two places that were the best there, but they were not nearly as good.
This is just the best of the best in every way.
The pistachio is so much better than other flavorless pistachios in other ice cream shops in Italy. The Amarene is amazing as well. I wish I could have had the time to try more different flavors.
The owner is the friendliest ice cream shop owner I have met.
The prices are really cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried several Gelato places in Sorrento. One was bad, two were perfectly good, what you expect from Italian Gelato (high bar), and then there was Fresco. This place has AMAZING Gelato. The pistachio in particular is not to be missed. I went twice in one day and am mad I only discovered it our last day as I'd go back twice more each day for a week. You gotta go.
