M	Massimo Zocchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo comportamento, ho acquistato un kit di piatti il 12 settembre 2021 e pagato con pay pal, i piatti risultavano disponibili sul sito veniva menzionato che le spedizioni sarebbero partite dopo 15 giorni per una loro riorganizzazione. Atteso invano i tempi il 22 venivo contattato da una persona molto maleducata la quale voleva pure aver ragione, mi hanno emesso il rimborso e come se nulla fosse e con tanto menefreghismo. Ho atteso 10 giorni per niente, se tu devi riorganizzare un magazzino blocchi le vendite online, non fai fare acquisti e transazioni a poveretti che aspettano invano. Trovo assurdo tutto ciò, dovevano comunque e in qualsiaisi modo risolvere la cosa e procurare ciò che avevo acquistato sul loro sito e che risultava disponibile. Pessima gestione, e pessimo comportamente della persona che mi ha contattato. Sarà un vero piacere non fare affari con voi. Nonostante la telefonata della sera prima non mi hanno avvisato che non era il piumino che avevo ordinato e mi hanno fatto fare 90 km inutilmente. Assoluta mancanza del rispetto del cliente.
