Honest prices but uncontrolled means even if they say the opposite .... Se volete un camper ed essere fregato ben sea nel prezzo che nella condizione del Camper allora siete nel posto giusto. VERGOGNA ASSOLUTA. Ho portato il mio camper a fiducia per sistemare una perdita d'acqua al bagno e al rientro a casa dopo ritirato, si è allagato tutto, il bagno pieno di manate sporche e coperchio tazza tutto graffiato (era nuovo). Ho riportato il camper più rotto di come glielo avevo portato. Mai trovato una realtà simile. Professionalità pari a zero!!!! Forget it !!!! They are improvised and arrangioni. Ci siamo dovuti fermare ben 2 volte dal gommista perché una gomma era a terra per poi scoprire che gli pneumatici erano semplicemente molto sgonfi. A causa di questi controlli un copri cerchione (vecchio anch'esso) si è poi staccato durante la guida. Al nostro rientro segnalavamo i vari avvenimenti (tra cui la rottura di uno specchietto) ma anche le varie mancanze come luci interne fulminate, TV non funzionante, doccia senza tendina e sporcizia ovunque. Siamo state derise e ci è stato fatto pagare € 25 il cerchione mancante. La cosa più assurda è che mancando un semplicissimo stemma fiat da un altro cerchione ci è stato chiesto il pagamento anche di quest'ultimo quindi altre € 25!!! Al di là del fatto che parliamo di uno stemma su un vecchissimo copri ruota in plastica..è la loro parola contro la nostra che questo stemma ci fosse al momento del noleggio quindi assurda la pretesa senza prove! La ragione si è poi rivelata dalla nostra parte giusto un paio di giorni a seguire perché rivedendo foto scattate all'esterno del camper già un paio d'ore dopo la partenza lo STEMMA in questione non c'era!!!! Ma ormai il pagamento richiesto era stato saldato e non è nostra intenzione mettere più piede in questo luogo nemmeno per far rivalere un diritto sacrosanto come un rimborso dovuto!!! SCONSIGLIO vivamente perché disonesti e non curanti della pulizia, forse hanno pensato che 4 donne possano essere prese in giro facilmente..ma non è così!!!! Allego foto del cerchio senza stemma in questione ripagato € 25 a voi il giudizio. Bad experience, dated and very dirty camper. We had to stop at the tire dealer twice because a tire was flat and then we discovered that the tires were simply very deflated. Due to these checks, a wheel cover (also old) came off while driving. On our return we reported the various events (including the breaking of a mirror) but also the various shortcomings such as burnt out interior lights, TV not working, shower without curtain and dirt everywhere. We were laughed at and charged € 25 for the missing rim. The most absurd thing is that missing a very simple fiat emblem from another rim, we were asked to pay for the latter too, so another € 25 !!! Beyond the fact that we are talking about an emblem on a very old plastic wheel cover .. it is their word against ours that this emblem was there at the time of rental so the claim without proof is absurd! The reason was then revealed on our side just a couple of days to follow because by reviewing photos taken outside the camper already a couple of hours after departure, the CRADLE in question was not there !!!! But by now the requested payment had been paid and it is not our intention to set foot in this place again, not even to enforce a sacrosanct right as a refund due !!! I strongly NOT RECOMMEND because dishonest and careless of cleanliness, perhaps they thought that 4 women can be teased easily .. but it is not so !!!! I am attaching photos of the rim without the emblem in question, paid back € 25 to you for the judgment.
